Drivers are dispatched daily and return home each afternoon.As a full-time CDL Driver, you will play a key role in supporting our operations by ensuring timely deliveries, maintaining equipment, and upholding all safety and regulatory standards.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Safely operate a commercial truck to transport construction materials</li><li>Follow all DOT and company safety regulations</li><li>Complete daily inspections and maintain equipment condition</li><li>Communicate effectively with dispatch and team members</li><li>Deliver materials on time while maintaining high service standards</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Valid CDL (Class A or B)</li><li>Minimum of 1 year of dump truck driving experience, preferred, but will consider comparable experience</li><li>Knowledge of transportation and DOT regulations</li><li>Strong safety awareness and reliability</li></ul>Physical Demands <ul><li>Ability to sit for extended periods while operating a commercial vehicle</li><li>Ability to safely enter and exit the truck cab multiple times per day</li><li>Frequent bending, climbing, reaching, and walking on uneven surfaces</li><li>Ability to lift, push and pull up to 50lbs as needed</li><li>Must be able to secure loads, handle tarps (if applicable), and operate vehicle controls</li><li>Ability to work in outdoor conditions, including heat, cold, rain, and dust</li><li>Maintain alertness and focus for long periods to ensure safe driving practices.</li></ul>Benefits<ul><li>Competitive pay, based on experience</li><li>Home daily (local routes)</li><li>Guaranteed hours</li><li>Monthly &amp; annual safety bonus programs</li><li>Health insurance (Blue Cross Blue Shield) with vision</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Voluntary life &amp; disability insurance</li><li>401(k) with up to 4% company match (immediate vesting)</li><li>Paid holidays (7) and up to 15 days of vacation</li></ul>N.W.
