<h2 class="jobSectionHeader">RESPONSIBILITIES</h2>
As a Nurture Provider, you will:
<h3 class="jobSectionHeader">Client Experience</h3><ul>
<li>Deliver exceptional express self-care services (hand and foot care, aromatherapy, chair services, skincare-based touch experiences, etc.) based on licensure scope
</li><li>Provide cultural, sensory, and product-based enhancements that set NaSah&rsquo;s apart
</li><li>Maintain a guest-first mindset, ensuring spaces remain calm, welcoming, and elevated
</li><li>Convert consultations into meaningful customer solutions through product education
</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader">Brand &amp; Culture Alignment</h3><ul>
<li>Embody the NaSah&rsquo;s core values of nurture, beauty, restoration, and community
</li><li>Model professionalism, punctuality, and mutual respect
</li><li>Participate in team huddles, service rituals, and ongoing professional development
</li><li>Protect the integrity of proprietary NaSah&rsquo;s protocols and service SOPs

<li>Maintain sanitization, readiness, and compliance standards
</li><li>Accurately track services, gratuities, product sales, and client notes
</li><li>Support retail and in-store experience opportunities
</li><li>Uphold state licensure compliance at all times
</li></ul><h2 class="jobSectionHeader">QUALIFICATIONS</h2>
Required:
<ul><li>Active Tennessee state license in cosmetology, esthetics, manicure, or specialty relevant to services provided
</li><li>Passion for wellness, beauty, and helping others feel restored
</li><li>Strong critical thinking, communication and customer service skills
</li><li>Ability to work in a structured, fast-paced environment with shifting capacities (especially at BNA)
</li></ul>Preferred:
<ul><li>Experience in boutique, spa, hospitality, or airport retail environments
</li><li>Comfort with retail sales, product education, and client engagement
</li><li>Team-oriented mindset with a desire to grow within a mission-driven brand

Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Perform exceptional cosmetology, manicure, or esthetics services, meeting the quality standards of NaSah&rsquo;s Nurture-Nature.</li><li>
Develop personalized beauty and wellness plans for clients by understanding our products and services.</li><li>
Learn, educate and sell retail items</li><li>
Provide consistently excellent customer service while showcasing a friendly and professional demeanor.</li><li>
Utilize basic computer skills for efficient scheduling and client data management.</li><li>
Uphold strict cleanliness, sanitation, and client interaction standards per spa guidelines.</li><li>
Demonstrate resourcefulness by working independently and adhering to NaSah&rsquo;s operational guidelines.</li><li>
Engage in professional development to remain abreast of industry trends and techniques.</li><li>
Display schedule flexibility to accommodate the diverse timing needs of our clientele.</li><li>
Maintain an orderly, tranquil, and welcoming spa environment.</li></ul>
Qualifications and Skills:
<ul><li>Valid Tennessee State cosmetology, manicurist, or esthetician certification.</li><li>
Preferably, at least one year of experience in a spa or similar setting.</li><li>
Track record of providing top-notch customer service.</li><li>
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>
Basic knowledge of computer operations.</li><li>
Adept at following instructions and working within pre-established guidelines.</li><li>
Positive, collaborative attitude and a sincere enthusiasm for engaging with clients.</li><li>
Commitment to punctuality and a flexible approach to work hours.</li></ul>
Physical Requirements:
<ul><li>Ability to stand for extended timeframes.</li><li>
Nimbleness in moving around the spa to perform various duties.</li><li>
Comfort sitting for long periods during certain treatments if necessary.</li><li>
Capable of handling communication devices and performing administrative tasks.</li><li>
Can comfortably lift items weighing up to 20 pounds.</li></ul>
