Designation - Trainer / Adjunct Faculty (FREELANCER)Note: Need to be a 1st time applicant with Naandi Foundation.Objective We are looking for a certified trainer / teacher to help the learner (School Students of class 6-10) develop their soft skills, life skills, computer skills and competencies. Your goal as the trainer will be to conduct sessions that facilitate their skills development and develop self-awareness among the participants.Major Deliverables <ul><li>Understanding the cohort (Class 6 -10) &amp; content and delivering the assigned lessons efficiently.</li><li>Ensures that the learning outcomes meet the training objectives.</li><li>Create a lively classroom atmosphere winning the student's trust</li><li>Clear in communication &amp; engage in interactive learning techniques &amp; presentation skills.</li><li>Demonstrate core abilities like critical thinking, problem-solving, time management, teaching methods, Microsoft Office proficiency</li><li>Collaborate with the project team and ensure timely submission of reports required</li><li>Take part in team meetings and performance review meetings.</li></ul>Training Locations: Nashik, Palghar, Ambegaon, Chakan, MaharashtraEssential Attributes<ul><li>Proficient computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel),</li><li>Prior experience in delivering training in the classroom for school students.</li><li>Strict adherence to company philosophy/mission statement maintaining discipline by adhering to course timelines &amp; content.</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English, Marathi,&hellip;&hellip;&hellip;.)</li><li>Encourage and foster enthusiasm among the learners</li><li>Show empathy to recognize the fears and doubts of the participants</li><li>Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage the class efficiently</li><li>Know how to assess the progress of the participants evaluating the achievements and attitudes of the participants.</li><li>A good listener</li></ul>Qualification &middot; Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in any field&middot; Any valid certificate on training / coachingDesired Experience(years) &middot; Minimum 1-year experience as a trainer, corporate training specialist, or related position.&middot; CTC - Commensurate with experience and performanceJob Type: Freelance Contract length: 1 -12 monthsPay: From &#8377;20,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):<ul><li>Are you applying Naandi Foundation for the 1st time?</li></ul>Application Deadline: 10/09/2025 Expected Start Date: 25/09/2025
