We are seeking a Senior .NET Developer to lead our development team, coordinate with clients and stakeholders, and drive innovative software solutions. The ideal candidate is a motivated leader with a passion for learning, adopting new technologies, and fostering a collaborative team environment. This role requires strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving and project delivery.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Lead the development team to design, develop, and maintain robust software solutions using Microsoft .NET technologies.</li><li>Collaborate with clients, project managers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, and ensure successful delivery.</li><li>Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and support to junior team members to foster their growth and maintain coding standards.</li><li>Write clean, efficient, and scalable code, adhering to best practices and industry standards.</li><li>Oversee the software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.</li><li>Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner to minimize disruptions.</li><li>Stay updated on emerging technologies, tools, and methodologies to integrate innovative solutions into development practices.</li><li>Conduct code reviews to ensure quality, consistency, and adherence to project requirements.</li><li>Manage task assignments, timelines, and deliverables to ensure the team meets project milestones.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.</li><li>4+ years of experience in .NET development with a strong track record of successful project delivery.</li><li>Expertise in C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core, and related technologies.</li><li>Proficiency in web development frameworks like MVC, JavaScript, and front-end libraries.</li><li>Strong understanding of software design patterns, object-oriented programming principles, and database management (SQL Server, etc.).</li><li>Proven experience in leading teams and managing client communications.</li><li>Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to think strategically.</li><li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.</li><li>A passion for learning new technologies and continuously improving technical and leadership skills.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;500,000.00 - &#8377;1,500,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
