 Responsibilities:

 <li>
 
 SOP Development &amp; Process Compliance
 
 </li>
 </ol>
 <ul>
 <li>
 Draft, review, and update SOPs aligned with cGMP and internal standards.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure operational procedures meet regulatory and audit requirements
 </li>
 </ul>
 <ol>
 <li>
 
 Continuous Improvement (CI) &amp; Project Management
 
 </li>
 </ol>
 <ul>
 <li>
 Identify and execute CI projects focused on efficiency, cost reduction, and process optimization in procurement, logistics and warehousing, Reducing the over SCM Cost Spend
 </li>
 <li>
 Utilize Lean Six Sigma methodologies to address root causes and drive measurable improvements
 </li>
 </ul>
 <ol>

 Data Analytics &amp; Reporting
 
 </li>
 </ol>
 <ul>
 <li>
 Analyse and report on core supply chain KPIs (lead time, OTIF, inventory turns, supplier performance).
 </li>
 <li>
 Build dashboards and advanced analytical reports using Excel, Power BI, or other relevant tools
 </li>
 </ul>
 <ol>
 <li>
 
 Procurement &amp; Supplier Management
 
 </li>
 </ol>
 <ul>
 <li>
 Support procurement of APIs, excipients, and packaging materials, ensuring quality compliance and supplier performance.
 </li>
 <li>
 Drive vendor evaluation, qualification, and timely material availability at the site
 </li>
 </ul>
 <ol>
 <li>
 
 Cross-Functional Collaboration
 
 </li>
 </ol>
 <ul>
 <li>
 Work closely with QA, QC, Production, and Planning teams to ensure seamless batch scheduling and material flow.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support audits with accurate documentation and supply chain evidence
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 What You Bring to the Team:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Experience: Minimum 3&ndash;5 years in pharmaceutical supply chain or similar regulated industry
 </li>
 <li>
 Education: B Tech/ B. Pharma or MBA (in Supply Chain Operations is a plus)
 </li>
 <li>
 Lean Six Sigma (certification preferred)
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong command of MS Excel (pivot tables, formulas, reporting)
 </li>
 <li>
 Project management experience with ability to lead cross-functional projects
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP) and analytics platforms (If any)
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills
 </li>
 </ul>
