Key Responsibilities1. Sales &amp; Customer Service<ul><li>Greet and engage customers in showrooms, exhibitions, and retail outlets.</li><li>Understand customer needs and recommend suitable mattresses and furniture products.</li><li>Demonstrate product features, benefits, and warranty terms effectively.</li><li>Ensure excellent after-sales service and customer satisfaction.</li></ul>2. Business Development<ul><li>Develop and maintain relationships with dealers, retailers, and distributors.</li><li>Identify new sales opportunities in local markets and expand dealer network.</li><li>Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management.</li></ul>3. Market &amp; Product Knowledge<ul><li>Stay updated on product specifications, pricing, and competitor offerings.</li><li>Provide feedback to management on customer preferences and market trends.</li><li>Support promotional activities, campaigns, and product launches.</li></ul>4. Sales Operations<ul><li>Maintain accurate sales records, invoices, and collection details.</li><li>Ensure timely follow-up on leads, inquiries, and repeat customers.</li><li>Coordinate with logistics/warehouse for smooth product delivery.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
