Summary:
Drivers typically transport cargo and/or crane attachments; inspect trucks for safety, looking for malfunctioning parts; inspect cargo to ensure that it is loaded correctly; and review shipping documents. CDL is required. Riggers help set up or operate machines that move heavy objects including steel plates, bundles of steel rods, drilling towers, platforms, and the heavy construction equipment used to build and take down steel structures.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Truck Driving Skills:
<ul><li>Must possess valid Class A CDL.</li><li>
Must be able to pass DOT physical.</li><li>
Must have knowledge of DOT regulations.</li></ul></li><li>
Rigging and Moving Skills:
<ul><li>Selection and application of appropriate lifting devices including jacks, hoists, forklift, cranes, slings, and chokers.</li><li>
Selection and application of appropriate pulleys, booms, braces, and cables for each job.</li><li>
Crane signaling by hand signals or radio communication.</li><li>
Selection and application of hooks, chains, and cables to lift a load safely.</li><li>
All other tasks as assigned.</li></ul></li><li>
Fundamental Skills:
<ul><li>Excellent safety practices, including selection and application of personal protective equipment, fall protection devices, barricades, warning and signaling devices, etc.</li><li>
Excellent communication skills including use of written, verbal, and graphic materials to convey information (i.e., written specs, blueprints, pictures, maps, drawings, etc.).</li><li>
Proper selection and use of hand tools, small and large power tools, lifting and hoisting equipment, measuring tools, etc.</li><li>
This job is safety sensitive for medical marijuana purposes.</li><li>
This position requires driving a personal vehicle on behalf of the company or a company vehicle; therefore, the applicant must successfully complete a motor vehicle records check, possess, and maintain a current, valid driver's license in their state of residence, and immediately self-report convictions/violations/tickets to the DOT Compliance Specialist as per Company Policy. Any negative change in the status of the employee&rsquo;s driving record may result in the revocation of the employee&rsquo;s privilege to drive for the company.</li></ul></li></ul>

Summary:

Provides proactive leadership on assigned construction projects, from the preconstruction and bidding phase, through planning and buyout, construction, close-out, and warranty. Accountable for client satisfaction, project quality, cost control, and schedule adherence, working as a team with Project Superintendents and Project Engineers. Conforms to corporate policies and procedures, upholds ethical standards, and exemplifies corporate values, with an emphasis on integrity and service.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Represent Nabholz in business development efforts, including active participation in community and industry organizations, project interviews, and company events.</li>
<li>Lead project development through the Preconstruction phase with the support of the Preconstruction Department.</li>
<li>Develop project management plan, including safety plan, quality plan, and site logistics plan, with the support of Project Team.</li>
<li>Manage commitments to Subcontractors and Suppliers, ensuring internal compliance with procurement policies and vendor compliance with contract terms.</li>
<li>Collaborate with Project Team and safety staff to ensure the safe execution of projects with an achievable goal of zero jobsite incidents.</li>
<li>Manage all financial aspects of Project, from job setup to monthly billings, forecasting, and final closeout, to ensure that Project meets profitability goals.</li>
<li>Maintain positive relationship with current and potential clients and designers.</li>
<li>Provide team leadership, both internally and externally.</li>
<li>Actively promote safe execution of projects, with an achievable goal of zero jobsite incidents.</li>
<li>Anticipate construction flow to provide proactive project planning.</li>
<li>Prepare and manage project budget proactively, forecasting final project costs monthly, if not more frequently.</li>
<li>Strong organizational ability with daily management of multi-tasking.</li>

<li>Career experience must include at least 5 years in commercial construction. Residential construction experience will not be considered.</li>
<li>Must understand commercial construction means, methods, and materials, including standard practices and regulations.</li>
<li>Excellent written and oral communication.</li>
<li>Must be willing and able to speak before groups of people in project interviews and other presentations</li>
<li>OSHA 30-hour training.</li>
<li>Microsoft Office suite.</li>
</ul>
Physical Demands:
<ul>
<li>Travel overnight as projects or corporate responsibilities require.</li>
