This is a full-time position with benefits. The regular hours are 8 AM to 5 PM and salary is dependent on experience.Position OverviewThis role is highly collaborative and ideal for a designer who thrives on bringing ideas to life. You&rsquo;ll create clean, cohesive design solutions across print, digital, and event-driven projects. This position offers room to stretch creatively while working within a strong brand, contributing visuals that elevate campaigns and support conference theme development. You&rsquo;ll bring exceptional attention to detail, strong skills in layout and typography, and a commitment to high-quality work as part of a supportive team environment.Essential Functions / Responsibilities<ul><li>Design and edit print and digital materials including brochures, event collateral, social media graphics, website assets, and merchandise designs.</li><li>Prepare clean, print-ready files and coordinate with external print shops, merchandise vendors, and internal printing as needed.</li><li>Support in-house printing and trimming; review proofs and ensure smooth vendor production workflows.</li><li>Basic photo editing, light video editing, and occasional event/media needs.</li><li>Ensure brand standards are consistently applied while balancing multiple projects and deadlines.</li><li>Collaborate effectively with team members and external partners, contributing to a positive, detail-oriented, service-focused environment.</li><li>Contribute creative ideas and visual direction for conference themes, ensuring cohesive design across all event materials.</li><li>Assist with additional tasks as needed, adapting to evolving departmental priorities, and serve as a backup for related roles within the Marketing Department.</li></ul>QualificationsRequired<ul><li>Strong working knowledge of Adobe InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop.</li><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in graphic design with 1&ndash;5 years of professional design experience.</li><li>Strong layout, typography, and production skills with high attention to detail.</li><li>Highly organized, able to follow brand guidelines and written instructions, and committed to quality work.</li><li>Positive, team-oriented attitude; open to critique; dependable; strong communication skills.</li></ul>Preferred<ul><li>Photography experience.</li><li>Working knowledge of Adobe Premiere or other basic video editing tools.</li><li>Experience creating PowerPoint templates.</li></ul>How to ApplySubmit your resume, portfolio link, and a cover letter expressing why you are a strong fit for this role.Job Type: Full-timeBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Health savings account</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Tuition reimbursement</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Required)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Graphic design: 1 year (Preferred)</li><li>Adobe InDesign: 1 year (Preferred)</li><li>Adobe Illustrator: 1 year (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
