The Opportunity:
We are seeking a highly motivated, ambitious, and results-driven Operations and Sales Manager to support our operations, day-to-day activities, and spearhead the growth and adoption of Seed-X's cutting-edge AI technology within the vital Turkish vegetable seed markets.
This is a hunter role for a hands-on, commercially astute individual who thrives in a fast-paced, high-tech environment. You will be the face of Seed-X in your assigned territory, responsible for driving sales of our advanced seed analysis and sorting solutions to leading seed companies, breeders, and producers.
Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Operating and monitoring AI-driven seed sorting machines to process and analyze seed and grain batches.</li><li>
Conducting phenotyping assessments using our internally developed mobile software.</li><li>
Processing and structuring phenotypical data to support further AI training and algorithm development.</li><li>
Inspecting, monitoring, and controlling ongoing production processes to ensure quality, consistency, and efficiency.</li><li>
Supporting the operations team with hands-on, practical tasks in a real startup production environment.</li><li>
Processing and administrative handling of new customer orders, including data entry, documentation, and internal coordination.</li><li>
Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve and exceed sales targets for Seed-X's AI-powered solutions in Turkey.</li><li>
Proactively identify, target, and secure new business opportunities with major seed companies and vegetable breeders.</li></ul> 

Requirements 
<ul><li>
Language: Excellent command of the English language (spoken and written).</li><li>
Approach: Positive, proactive, and responsible attitude, with a willingness to learn.</li><li>
Industry Expertise (Major Plus): Direct experience within the vegetable seed industry (e.g., selling vegetable seeds, crop protection, or related services) or Agri-Technology (AgTech) is a significant advantage.</li><li>
Tech Savvy: Strong understanding of new technologies, AI/data, and the ability to sell a technical, data-driven product rather than a commodity.</li></ul></div>

Tech Savvy: Strong understanding of new technologies, AI/data, and the ability to sell a technical, data-driven product rather than a commodity.</li><li>
CRM Proficiency: Knowledge and daily use of a major CRM platform (e.g.,HubSpot) for pipeline management and forecasting.</li></ul>

Exceptional Communication: Awesome presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse client profiles, from farm managers to C-level executives.</li><li>
Self-Starter &amp; Young/Ambitious: Highly energetic, self-motivated, and able to work autonomously in a remote setup with an entrepreneurial mindset to drive market penetration.</li><li>
Travel: Willingness to travel within the assigned country to meet clients, attend industry events, and conduct on-site product demonstrations.</li><li>
Education: A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, Business, Marketing, or a related technical field is preferred.</li></ul>
