 Key Responsibilities

 Manage government-related procedures including visa processing, work permits, and Iqama documentation.

 Handle company transactions on government portals such as Absher, Qiwa, Muqeem, and Mudad.

 Ensure compliance with labor laws

 Liaise with government agencies for documentation, approvals, and regulatory matters.

 Oversee office administration, documentation, and internal coordination.

 Process and manage monthly payroll ensuring accuracy and WPS compliance.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
 </li>

 Support recruitment, onboarding, and talent management activities.
 </li>

 Qualifications
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Accounting, or related field.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience in office management, government relations (PRO/GRO), HR operations, and payroll.
 </li>
 <li>
 Knowledge of Absher, Qiwa, Muqeem, Mudad, labor law, and WPS compliance.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong organizational, coordination, and communication skills.
 </li>

 One of our clients in Oman is looking for Design Manager, who will be responsible for overseeing all design-related activities for real estate development projects. This includes managing the appointed architect, ensuring design compliance with project objectives, coordinating design reviews and approvals, supporting tender processes, and facilitating permit approvals. The role acts as the key liaison between the developer, design consultants, and regulatory authorities.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 
 
 &middot; Design Oversight &amp; Coordination
 
 
 
 o Manage and supervise the appointed architect and design consultants.
 
 
 o Review and approve design submissions to ensure alignment with project vision, budget, and regulatory requirements.
 
 
 o Coordinate design changes and ensure timely resolution of design-related issues.
 
 
 
 &middot; Design Review &amp; Approval
 
 
 
 o Conduct detailed design reviews at concept, schematic, and detailed design stages.
 
 
 o Ensure compliance with local building codes, sustainability standards, and developer guidelines.
 
 
 
 &middot; Tender &amp; Procurement Support
 
 
 
 o Prepare and review tender documentation related to design packages.
 
 
 o Provide technical input during contractor selection and bidding processes.
 
 
 
 &middot; Permit &amp; Authority Liaison
 
 
 
 o Support the submission and approval of permits with relevant authorities.
 
 
 o Ensure timely compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements.
 
 
 
 &middot; Stakeholder Management
 
 
 
 o Act as the primary point of contact for design-related matters between internal teams, consultants, and contractors.
 
 
 o Facilitate design workshops and coordination meetings.

 o Review and coordinate contractor design submissions (shop drawings, material submittals, method statements) to ensure compliance with the approved design.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Qualifications
 
 
 
 &middot; Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field.
