 &middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Manage electrical systems related to IT infrastructure, ensuring reliable power supply and system performance.
 
 
 &middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Provide first-line support for hardware and software issues, assisting employees with technical problems, both remotely and on-site.
 
 
 &middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve issues related to network connectivity, operating systems, and enterprise applications.

 Qualifications:
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Diploma or Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in one of the following specializations:
 </li>
 <li>
 &nbsp;computer science
 </li>
 <li>
 &nbsp;Network administration
 </li>
 <li>
 &nbsp;Cybersecurity
 </li>
 <li>
 Electronic devices maintenance
 </li>
 <li>
 0&ndash;2 years of experience in IT support or help desk roles.
 </li>
 <li>
 Familiarity with Windows OS, Linux OS, Microsoft Office, basic networking, and hardware troubleshooting.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
 </li>
 <li>
 IoT and Arduino knowledge is a plus.
 </li>
