 to bridge business and technical teams for AI/ML solutions in
 
 Banking and Insurance
 
 . You will gather requirements, define solution scope, and ensure alignment with enterprise standards.
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities:
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Engage stakeholders to capture business goals and translate them into functional &amp; non-functional requirements.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prioritize features based on business value and feasibility.
 </li>
 <li>
 Assess data readiness and collaborate with data scientists and architects on solution design.
 </li>
 <li>
 Document user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows using Figma and Miro.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support model training, validation, and ensure compliance with Responsible AI and regulatory norms.
 </li>
 <li>
 Define KPIs, track performance, and recommend enhancements for continuous improvement.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Must-Have Skills:
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Strong Generative AI fundamentals.
 </li>
 <li>
 8+ years of experience
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience in Banking &amp; Insurance domain.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in Figma and Miro for process visualization.
 </li>
 <li>
 Arabic language proficiency (verbal &amp; written).
 </li>

 across LLM, ML, and knowledge engineering domains. Work with engineering teams to build
 
 scalable, secure, and cloud-native AI architectures
 
 aligned with enterprise standards.
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities:

 Architect solutions for LLM agents, RAG pipelines, Conversational AI, AI search, and knowledge systems.
 </li>
 <li>
 Design cloud-native AI platforms on Azure with serverless endpoints, GPU autoscaling, and distributed compute.
 </li>
 <li>
 Implement vector databases with advanced indexing and low-latency retrieval.
 </li>
 <li>
 Translate business vision into secure, compliant AI architectures with monitoring, RBAC, and explainability.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with stakeholders and communicate technical decisions clearly.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>

 AI Application Solution Design

 Cloud-Native GenAI Development
 </li>

 Data Science on Azure
