<div><p>Lead the Total Quality Management function to ensure that products and services meet guest requirements, regulatory standards, and organizational objectives. Oversee the implementation and continuous improvement of quality control, quality assurance, and quality management systems.<br>

</b></p><p><b>Quality Strategy Development:
</b></p><ul><li>Develop and implement the overall quality strategy by aligning it with organizational goals to ensure that all products and services meet the highest quality standards.
</li><li>Establish quality policies and objectives by collaborating with senior management to guide quality assurance and control efforts.
</li><li>Accountable for utilizing risk assessments to proactively identify quality risks, develop mitigation strategies, drive process improvements, and ensure effective quality assurance and control.
</li></ul><p><b>Leadership and Management:
</b></p><ul><li>Lead the Quality Control Manager, Quality Assurance Manager, and QMS Manager by providing guidance, support, and direction to ensure effective management of their respective areas.
</li><li>Foster a culture of quality excellence by promoting continuous improvement, innovation, and adherence to best practices across the department.
</li></ul><p><b>Quality Control and Assurance:
</b></p><ul><li>Oversee the quality control function to ensure that all products meet quality standards by implementing strategic checkpoints, sampling processes, and reporting mechanisms.
</li><li>Oversee all activities that ensure PL products or services meet quality standards. This includes inspections, testing, and audits throughout the product life cycle with the aim to eliminate defects at early stages, implementing preventive measures, and analyzing data to identify trends and take proactive action.
</li></ul><p><b>Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs):
</b></p><ul><li>Oversee the overall SC SOPs by ensuring documentations, and its properly distributed, communicated, and that compliance is audited regularly.
</li><li>Be the main point of contact for the certification bodies and responsible for overseeing the entire Quality Management system.
</li><li>Work with the QMS Manager to evaluate the effectiveness of current SOPs and recommend improvements to align with best practices.
</li></ul><p><b>Regulatory Compliance:
</b></p><ul><li>Developing and implementing strategic initiatives to mitigate compliance risks by integrating these requirements into quality management systems and leading the team in conducting rigorous audits and assessments.
</li><li>Liaise with regulatory bodies and industry organizations to ensure ongoing compliance and incorporate regulatory changes into quality practices.
</li></ul><p><b>Continuous Improvement:
</b></p><ul><li>Implement continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing quality performance data, identifying areas for improvement, and applying quality management methodologies such as Six Sigma and Lean.
</li><li>Collaborate with the SC Excellence R&amp;D team to drive innovation and improve quality processes and standards.
</li></ul><p><b>Training and Development </b>:
</p><ul><li>Develop and deliver training programs on quality management systems and best practices by mentoring and coaching team members to build quality management capabilities within the organization.
</li><li>Lead cross functional workshops and organize seminars on new quality methodologies and regulatory updates to enhance the skillsets of the Safety &amp; Quality team.

<div><p>Review and record the financial transactions pertaining to Nahdi&rsquo;s property (Stores, Premises) rent in addition to the petty cash
</p><p><b>Accountabilities
</b></p><p><b>Petty Cash:
</b></p><ul><li>Review the stores&rsquo; petty cash and maintenance invoices and compare them to the enclosed excel sheet received from the store to ensure their consistency and accuracy, as well as the validity of the expense.
</li><li>Ensure the accuracy of petty cash by conducting audits on stores sample and comparing the petty cash with the bank statement and invoices to ensure that all expenses are valid and are supported by the necessary documents.
</li></ul><p><b>Documents Reviewing:
</b></p><ul><li>Ensure compliance of the invoices by reviewing the hard copies to ensure that they comply with Nahdi&rsquo;s policy in terms of the necessary signatures, approvals, and stamp, and enter them to the system, and then send them to the Accounts Manager for a second review.
</li><li>Manage the cheque log sheet, by registering the information pertaining to all cheques and following up on them with the person to whom it was dispatched to ensure that all cheques have been returned and avoid the loss of cheques.
</li><li>Prepare for Lease payment by reviewing Nahdi&rsquo;s Lease Contracts, to make sure that all the related payments are made on in an accurate and timely manner, and that the lease is posted to the correct account (Nahdi or Investor), and then send it to the NTI accountant for payment.
</li></ul><p>Employee&rsquo;s duties are not limited only to the above-mentioned Accountabilities; he/she may perform other duties as assigned.
