This position will evolve and may serve as a launching position to future opportunities at NAI Earle Furman.Essential Job Functions:<ul><li>Create industry leading Offering Memorandum Packages and Property Flyers</li><li>Assist in the design and development of sales pitch decks</li><li>Generate and share meaningful content daily for social media and website</li><li>Photography and editing</li><li>Graphic design</li><li>Research and share relevant industry posts</li><li>Monitor and manage responses on social media channels</li><li>Plan and maintain social media calendars</li><li>Collaborate on and edit video projects</li><li>Maintain and update website information</li><li>Attend and cover corporate events</li><li>Coordinate with third-party marketing agencies</li><li>Gather and analyze data on social media and marketing efforts</li><li>Stay abreast of social media trends and technological advancements</li><li>Develop internal and external professional relationships to support marketing efforts</li><li>Prepare and run ad campaigns to support recruiting and business development</li></ul>Requirements and Experience:<ul><li>Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or English</li><li>Minimum of 5 years marketing experience with a professional service firm</li><li>Design experience in the Adobe Suite, particularly Photoshop, InDesign is a must</li><li>Experience with creating executive-level digital and print marketing collateral</li><li>Construction/Commercial Real Estate experience is highly preferred</li></ul>Traits and Skills:<ul><li>Eagerness to learn and share knowledge</li><li>Professional communication skills, including the ability to influence</li><li>Confidence and effortless interpersonal skills</li><li>Curiosity and idea generation</li><li>Strong interest and knowledge in social media</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $50,467.25 - $67,996.70 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Employee assistance program</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Retirement plan</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Required)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Marketing: 5 years (Required)</li><li>Commercial Real Estate: 3 years (Preferred)</li><li>Adobe InDesign: 5 years (Required)</li></ul>Ability to Commute:<ul><li>Greenville, SC 29601 (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
