As a 3D Designer, you will be responsible for creating high-quality 3D visualizations of residential and commercial interior design projects. Your work will play a crucial role in helping clients visualize the final outcome of their spaces before execution begins.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>3D Modeling &amp; Rendering:</li><li>Develop detailed 3D models using SketchUp, 3ds Max, and Homestyler based on architectural plans, sketches, and design briefs.</li><li>Apply realistic textures, lighting, and materials using V-Ray, Lumion, and other rendering engines to produce photorealistic images.</li><li>Create interior and exterior renders that accurately reflect the design intent, mood, and spatial layout.</li><li>Walkthroughs &amp; Animations:</li><li>Produce immersive walkthrough videos and flythrough animations to showcase the design flow and spatial experience.</li><li>Use tools like Lumion and 3ds Max to animate camera paths, lighting transitions, and environmental effects.</li><li>Virtual Reality (VR) Integration:</li><li>Prepare models for VR presentations, enabling clients to explore spaces interactively.</li><li>Collaborate with tech teams to integrate designs into platforms like Unreal Engine, Unity, or VRay for VR.</li><li>Design Collaboration:</li><li>Work closely with interior designers, architects, and project managers to understand design requirements and translate them into compelling visuals.</li><li>Participate in design reviews and offer creative input to enhance spatial aesthetics and functionality.</li><li>Software Proficiency:</li><li>Strong command over:</li><li>SketchUp &ndash; for quick conceptual modeling.</li><li>3ds Max &ndash; for detailed modeling and advanced rendering.</li><li>V-Ray &ndash; for photorealistic rendering.</li><li>Lumion &ndash; for fast rendering and walkthrough creation.</li><li>Homestyler &ndash; for quick layout visualization and client presentations.</li></ul>Preferred Skills:<ul><li>Knowledge of architectural detailing, interior styling, and material finishes.</li><li>Familiarity with AutoCAD for reading and interpreting technical drawings.</li><li>Experience with VR tools and interactive design platforms is a strong advantage.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.</li></ul>Soft Skills:<ul><li>Strong visual storytelling and presentation skills.</li><li>Attention to detail and a keen eye for design aesthetics.</li><li>Good communication and teamwork abilities.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;18,000.00 - &#8377;25,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Cell phone reimbursement</li><li>Internet reimbursement</li><li>Leave encashment</li><li>Paid sick time</li></ul>Work Location: In person
