This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your skills while helping clients look and feel their best every day.Responsibilities<ul><li>Provide a wide range of skincare treatments including facials, dermabrasion, esthetic laser treatments, body waxing, and hair threading to meet individual client needs.</li><li>Perform professional nail services such as manicures, pedicures, gel nails, and intricate nail art utilizing your knowledge of nail care techniques.</li><li>Apply eyelash extensions and hair extensions with precision to enhance natural beauty.</li><li>Deliver expert hair styling services including cuts, blowouts, and styling for special occasions.</li><li>Educate clients on skincare routines, product recommendations, and retail sales opportunities to promote overall wellness.</li><li>Maintain strict sanitation standards by thoroughly cleaning tools and work areas after each service.</li><li>Upsell additional treatments or retail products to maximize client satisfaction and service revenue.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Valid cosmetology license with certification in esthetics and nail technology.</li><li>Proven experience in skincare treatments such as dermabrasion, laser therapy, or body waxing.</li><li>Skilled in nail care techniques including gel nails, nail art, and cuticle care.</li><li>Knowledge of color theory for makeup application and skin tone matching is a plus.</li><li>Familiarity with hair styling techniques including hair extensions and barbering is preferred.</li><li>Strong communication skills to connect effectively with clients and understand their needs.</li><li>Ability to perform multiple services efficiently while maintaining high standards of sanitation and safety standards.</li><li>Experience in retail sales, upselling techniques, and retail math to support business growth is advantageous.
