<p><b>Administrative Support:</b><br>
1. Provide administrative and secretarial support services to the division/department as required. This includes, coordinating and making meeting arrangements, travel arrangements, and correspondences.<br>
2. Manage, screen and evaluate the reception, distribution, storage and security of all documentation relating to the division/department, and maintain an administration system that allows effective follow up and monitoring of documents.<br>
3. Support the development, control and management of documents as per established procedures (i.e., request document numbers; ensure completed documents are appropriately filed, use the formal naming conventions and file structures, retrieve documents).<br>
4. Assist in preparing reports, analysis, letters and communications as requested by the division chief/department manager.<br>
5. Arrange and control office supplies for the division/department such as stationery, equipment, and accessories,<br>
6. Organize and maintain the division chief/department manager calendar, and ensure that all meetings, interviews, duty trips are accurately planned/scheduled and advise the division chief/department manager on of their daily program.<br>
7. Prepare for the division/department related meetings, through preparing meetings&rsquo; agenda, inviting participants, preparing required materials, arranging meeting rooms, attending meetings, drafting meetings&rsquo; minutest, and following up on items/tasks ...etc.<br>
8. Act as a focal point for the division/department with the matters related to HR, IT, GS, supply&hellip;etc.<br>
9. Participate in the Implementation of the division/department related projects, and assist in meeting projects&rsquo; deadlines.<br>

<p><b>11. Website Design:</b></p>
<ul><li>Assist in redesigning the current website and develop materials for web pages when needed.</li>
<li>Consult with relevant internal and external parties to determine objectives and requirements of the different events.</li>
<li>Stay abreast of latest developments in graphic design tools and software, to improve quality of design and images utilized for Nakilat's branding and promotional efforts.</li>

<p><b>12.Publication Management:</b></p>
<ul><li>Oversee the production of regular publications, e.g. corporate brochure, annual report, carrer brochure, sustainability report, newsletter.</li>
<li>Produce final layout of publications and company collaterals.</li>
</ul>
<p><b>13. Promotional Designs:</b></p>
<ul><li>Assist in developing and desihning the layouts for ad-hoc requiremnts to support company events and communications e.g. advertisements, invitation cards, greeting cards, flyers, etc.</li>
<li>Assist in developing 3D simulations/VR videos in order to assist the Commercial efforts of the Company.</li>

Responsible for identification, planning, design and execution of engineering specifications related to structural, Electrical, Piping and commissioning system (as assigned) for offshore fabrication (Brown &amp; Green field) , Industrial Engineering and New building projects throughout the project execution cycle for the assigned projects.</p></div></div><div><div><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Accountabilities</b></h2>
</div><div><p>
1. Responsible for handling end to end interface coordination assignments related to all aspects of offshore Fabrication (Brown &amp; Green Field) , Industrial engineering and New building projects.<br>
2. Ensuring project executions are undertaken in accordance with client project specifications, Safety and Quality requirements, as well as the yard procedure and work instructions.<br>
3. Responsible for monitoring the progress of the project to ensure timely delivery of assignments while maintaining high HSE standards and cost effectiveness.<br>
4. Coordinate with respective trades like piping, structural, electrical etc and project manager for ensuring the work carried out is in compliance to the client specification and class requirements.<br>
5. Ensuring proper identification, selection and preparation of specifications for various technical procurements and sourcing.<br>
6. Responsible to maintain and update the client supplied engineering drawing register, maintain separate records of sample drawings issued by client and schedule for the assigned projects.<br>
7. Preparation of method statements and specific procedures in line with client requirements and ensure the timely submission of yard engineering reports and progress details to the client.<br>
8. Ensure the timely receipt of client deliverable/material etc. so as not to hamper smooth construction and highlight the requirement of critical documents in advance.<br>
9. Arrange project meetings, internal and external as necessary to ensure the effective monitoring of key project performance indicators.<br>
10. Motivating the site-based project team to deliver the project in a safe , timely and cost effective manner<br>
11. Assist project manager in ensuring that all project/contract deliverables including final documentation are properly submitted to the client in timely manner. Ensure project documents are maintained complete, updated and stored properly.<br>
12. Ensure project close out reports are maintained which includes the project evaluation, assessment of the results and lesson learnt.<br>
13. Complies with all relevant safety, quality and environmental management policies, procedures and controls to ensure a healthy and safe work environment.<br>

Accountabilities</b></h2>

Key Accountabilities:</b></p>
<p>1. Ensure implementation of approved departmental policies, processes, procedures and provide instructions to subordinates and monitor their adherence. Dock and undock vessels in and out of the dry docks Harbour water in a safe and effective manner in cordination with Dock pilot/ Harbour Pilot.<br>
2. Monitor tugs, mooring launches, mooring gangs and all involved for marine manoeuvres.<br>
3. Perform suitable bridge management duties in relation to statutory obligations during pilotage.<br>
4. Provide guidance to ship&rsquo;s masters for the safe navigation, mooring and unmooring of vessels into the Harbour.<br>
5. Carry out heavy lift operation with floating crane.<br>
6. Monitor weather / sea conditions to attend to, as and when required, incidents or emergency situations within the Harbour.<br>
7. Co-ordinate work progress with project managers, superintendent, other trades and with his own department.<br>
8. Liaise with Invoicers / Estimators to ensure that commercial targets are met.<br>
9. Prepare departmental reports on time and accurately to meet company and department requirements, policies and standards<br>
