Job Description &ndash; HR ExecutivePosition: HR Executive Experience Required: Minimum 2 Years Location: Malappuram, Areekode Employment Type: Full-timeAbout the RoleWe are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Executive to manage and support day-to-day HR operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR functions, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Recruitment &amp; Talent Acquisition: Sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.</li><li>Employee Onboarding &amp; Induction: Ensuring smooth joining formalities and orientation sessions.</li><li>HR Operations: Maintaining employee records, handling HR documentation, and updating HR systems.</li><li>Payroll &amp; Attendance: Coordinating with the accounts/finance team for salary processing, leave, and attendance management.</li><li>Performance Management: Assisting in appraisal processes and employee evaluation systems.</li><li>Employee Engagement: Planning and executing employee engagement activities to maintain a positive work culture.</li><li>Compliance &amp; Policies: Ensuring adherence to labor laws, HR policies, and statutory compliance.</li><li>Training &amp; Development: Coordinating training sessions and tracking employee development programs.</li><li>Exit Formalities: Managing resignations, conducting exit interviews, and handling full &amp; final settlements.</li></ul>Key Skills &amp; Competencies<ul><li>Strong knowledge of HR functions and best practices.</li><li>Good understanding of labor laws and HR compliance.</li><li>Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office and HR software/tools.</li><li>Ability to work independently as well as in a team.</li><li>Strong organizational and time management skills.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.</li><li>Minimum 2 years of proven experience as an HR Executive or similar role.</li><li>MBA/PGDM in HR will be an added advantage.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;12,000.00 - &#8377;30,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
