This position is contingent upon award of contract. We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Special Security Technician (SST) to support Air Combat Command (ACC) security programs, including Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI), Special Access Programs (SAP), and collateral security activities. 
 
The SST plays a critical role in the protection of classified information, facilities, systems, and personnel by supporting Special Security Office (SSO) and program security functions. This position requires a strong understanding of security policies, procedures, and controlled environments within the Department of Defense (DoD) and Intelligence Community (IC). 
 
The selected candidate will provide advanced security administration, oversight, and compliance support across personnel, physical, industrial, and information security domains. This role requires deep expertise in security program management, SCIF/SAPF accreditation, and cybersecurity integration, ensuring adherence to DoD, IC, and Air Force security policies and directives. 
 
Responsibilities<ul><li>
Support Special Security Office (SSO) and program security operations</li><li>
Assist with the administration and control of classified documents, materials, and media</li><li>
Maintain accountability records, logs, and databases for classified holdings</li><li>
Support personnel security activities, including access control, visit requests, and indoctrinations</li><li>
Assist with security briefings, debriefings, and nondisclosure documentation</li><li>
Support secure facility operations, including controlled access areas (SCIFs)</li><li>
Ensure compliance with DoD, IC, and program-specific security directives and procedures</li><li>
Coordinate with government security managers and stakeholders as required</li><li>
Identify and report security incidents, discrepancies, or vulnerabilities</li><li>
Safeguard classified information and maintain proper handling, storage, and destruction procedures</li></ul>
Required Experience:<ul><li>
Understanding of DoD and Intelligence Community security policies and procedures</li><li>
Experience supporting classified programs, facilities, or security offices</li><li>
Knowledge of controlled access environments (e.g., SCIF operations)</li><li>
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills</li><li>
Ability to maintain accurate records and documentation</li><li>
Proficiency with standard office tools and security-related databases</li><li>
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism</li></ul>
Desired Qualifications:<ul><li>
Prior experience supporting ACC or MAJCOM-level security programs</li><li>
Experience with SAP programs and CAP administration</li><li>
Completion of Air Force or DoD security training programs (e.g., SSO courses)</li></ul>

Description 
 
This position is contingent upon award of contract. We are seeking a Junior-level Cybersecurity Analyst to support the Air Combat Command (ACC) Cybersecurity Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) and assigned Information System Security Officers (ISSOs) in maintaining an effective and compliant cybersecurity program. In this role, the selected candidate will provide foundational cybersecurity support across network, system, and compliance domains. 
 
The candidate will assist with threat detection, vulnerability management, incident support, and cybersecurity program reporting activities within both enterprise and classified environments. 
 
Responsibilities<ul><li>
Perform cyber analysis in support of intelligence, operational, and defensive cyberspace missions</li><li>
Oversee and perform network security operations, including timely implementation of security patches,</li><li>
Identify, assess, and mitigate cyber threats, vulnerabilities, and risks across mission systems</li><li>
Conduct investigative analysis in support of Cyber Security Operations Center (CSOC) including identification and analysis of malware, spyware, Trojans, and unauthorized software</li><li>
Support cybersecurity compliance with NIST SP 800-53, NIST SP 800-171, ICD 503, and Zero Trust principles</li><li>
Analyze and report cybersecurity posture metrics, including IAVA compliance, patch management status, Cybersecurity Performance Evaluation Model (CPEM) metrics, and A&amp;A workflow tools data and ATO status</li><li>
Coordinate all system changes (hardware/software/firmware) with the ISSM</li><li>
Ensure compliance with all DoD, Air Force, and IC cybersecurity and information assurance directives</li><li>
Maintain required certifications, qualifications, and training documentation</li><li>
Support continuous monitoring, risk management framework (RMF), and audit readiness activities</li></ul>
Required Experience:<ul><li>
Candidates must meet all DOD 8140 462 (Control Systems Security Specialist - Intermediate) Cyber Workforce Framework (DCWF) requirements for installing, configuring, maintaining and securing IT hardware &amp; software</li><li>
CISSP, Security+ CE / CASP+, CEH or equivalent certifications</li><li>
Strong knowledge of NIST SP 800-53 and RMF (ICD 503) requirements</li><li>
Demonstrated expertise in vulnerability management (IAVA, patching)</li><li>
Experience with incident response and malware analysis</li><li>
Strong understanding of security compliance and ATO processes</li><li>
Demonstrated mastery of qualitative and quantitative analytic methodologies</li><li>
Strong analytical writing and communication skills</li></ul>
Required Certification<ul><li>
Must meet DoD 8140.02 / DoDM 8140.03 Cyberspace Workforce Qualification Requirements</li><li>
Appropriate DCWF role alignment (e.g., Cyber Defense Analyst, ISSO, Network or Systems Security roles)</li><li>
Certification eligibility prior to contract performance (tracked and reported per Government standards)</li></ul>
Desired Qualifications:<ul><li>
Previous experience in DoD, Air Force, or Intelligence Community cyber operations</li><li>
CISSP, Security+ CE / CASP+, CEH or equivalent certifications</li><li>
Knowledge of cloud and hybrid environments (AWS, Azure, Google, Oracle, IC GovCloud)</li><li>
Familiarity with RMF, continuous monitoring, and security control assessments</li><li>
Experience supporting ISSO, Systems Administrator, or Network Security functions</li><li>
