Key Responsibilities:On-Page Optimization<ul><li>Perform comprehensive keyword research and competitor analysis</li><li>Optimize website content, meta tags, headings, and URLs</li><li>Improve website structure, internal linking, and content alignment</li><li>Ensure all on-page elements follow the latest SEO standards</li></ul>Off-Page Optimization<ul><li>Execute link-building strategies to acquire high-quality backlinks</li><li>Manage outreach activities, guest posting, and directory submissions</li><li>Monitor and maintain a healthy backlink profile</li></ul>Technical SEO<ul><li>Conduct regular website audits to identify technical issues</li><li>Work closely with developers to implement SEO recommendations</li><li>Optimize website speed, mobile friendliness, and overall performance</li></ul>Analytics &amp; Reporting<ul><li>Track keyword rankings, traffic metrics, and user behavior</li><li>Prepare detailed SEO performance reports</li><li>Use tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc., for monitoring</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, IT, or a related field (preferred)</li><li>1&ndash;3 years of hands-on SEO experience</li><li>Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors</li><li>Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, etc.</li><li>Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and CMS platforms (WordPress preferred)</li><li>Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills</li></ul>Additional Competencies:<ul><li>Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines</li><li>Strong attention to detail and data-driven mindset</li><li>Familiarity with content marketing and social media strategies is an advantage</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;240,000.00 - &#8377;350,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>Paid sick time</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>SEO: 1 year (Preferred)</li></ul>Location:<ul><li>Vadodara, Gujarat (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
