 The Role:
 
 
 
 You&rsquo;ll be embedded directly within client environments, working side-by-side with stakeholders to identify real business problems and build AI-driven solutions from scratch.
 
 
 We&rsquo;re talking:
 
 
 &rarr; LLMs, RAG pipelines, agent-based systems
 
 
 &rarr; Integrations with enterprise platforms (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
 
 
 &rarr; Full ownership from problem &rarr; architecture &rarr; build &rarr; deployment
 
 
 
 
 
 In simple terms: You build it. You ship it. You own it.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 ✅ What You&rsquo;ll Already Have:
 
 
 
 -4+ years of experience in backend / data / software engineering
 
 
 -Python wizard
 
 
 -Exposure to AI / LLMs / data pipelines (RAG, agents, etc.)
 
 
 -Strong communication skills - able to work directly with clients
 
 
 -Comfortable working on-site and traveling across the region

 We are partnering with a well-funded Saudi startup that has recently raised $3,000,000 and is now looking to hire a Technical Product Manager in Riyadh.
 
 
 
 
 
 This is a unique opportunity to become the first Product hire within the business, working directly alongside the founders to help build and scale a platform that is transforming workforce accommodation and operations across Saudi Arabia and improving quality of life for thousands across the Kingdom.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Responsibilities:
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Own product roadmap execution from discovery through delivery, launch, and iteration.
 </li>
 <li>
 Work closely with the founders to define product priorities, requirements, and execution plans, reporting directly into them.
 </li>
 <li>
 Translate customer, operational, and business challenges into clear product requirements, user stories, and specifications.
 </li>
 <li>
 Act as the primary bridge between business stakeholders and engineering teams.
 </li>
 <li>
 Lead backlog management, sprint planning, prioritisation, and product delivery activities.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate closely with Engineering, Design, and Operations teams to ensure successful execution.
 </li>
 <li>
 Drive product discovery through customer interviews, market research, data analysis, and feedback loops.
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor product performance, user adoption, and key business metrics to continuously improve outcomes.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support the development of scalable product processes as the business grows.
 </li>
 <li>
 Contribute to product strategy while remaining heavily involved in day-to-day execution.
 </li>

 Requirements
 
 :
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 4+ years of Product Management, Technical Product Management, or Product Ownership experience.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong technical background with a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field preferred.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience working closely or managing software engineering teams and technical stakeholders.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience owning products from discovery through launch and post-launch optimisation.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to write clear requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and product documentation.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Startup experience.
 </li>
