Profiles with only warehouse, factory, or pure logistics company experience may not be the right fit for this role.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Process online orders end-to-end (order processing, dispatch readiness)</li><li>Coordinate with logistics partners</li><li>Handle reconciliation of orders, deliveries, COD and settlements</li><li>Close commercials with logistics partners</li><li>Maintain daily operational trackers and reports in Excel</li><li>Manage high daily order volumes and resolve delivery-related issues</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Experience working with e-commerce brands (mandatory)</li><li>Strong understanding of online order processing</li><li>Hands-on experience coordinating with logistics partners</li><li>Good working knowledge of Excel</li><li>Comfortable handling high-volume orders</li><li>Willing to work from office (Gurgaon)</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Internet reimbursement</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Work Location: In person
