Job Summary:We are looking for a Performance Marketing professional to plan, execute, and optimize online marketing campaigns across various digital platforms. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in managing paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.), analyzing data, and driving measurable growth through performance-based strategies.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Develop, implement, and manage paid marketing campaigns across Google, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.</li><li>Monitor and optimize campaigns to achieve maximum ROI and performance efficiency.</li><li>Analyze campaign data and generate detailed performance reports.</li><li>Collaborate with the content and design team to create engaging ad creatives.</li><li>Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing.</li></ul>Key Skills &amp; Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.</li><li>1&ndash;3 years (for Executive) / 3&ndash;5 years (for Manager) of experience in Performance or Digital Marketing.</li><li>Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and SEO basics.</li><li>Proficiency in Google Analytics, Excel, and campaign tracking tools.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;18,000.00 - &#8377;20,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
