The role involves executing high-impact digital and on-ground marketing strategies to achieve 50,000+ qualified leads per month, enhance brand presence, and support sales conversions.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of 26 Marketing Executives to meet monthly marketing and lead-generation goals.</li><li>Develop and execute 360&deg; marketing strategies including branding, promotions, awareness campaigns, and project launches.</li><li>Manage digital marketing initiatives: Google Ads, social media campaigns, SEO, property portal listings, and online lead-generation tools.</li><li>Oversee on-ground marketing activities such as exhibitions, roadshows, events, branding setups, and field promotions.</li><li>Coordinate effectively with Sales, Tele calling, and CRM teams to ensure smooth lead flow and high conversion potential.</li><li>Track campaign performance, analyze ROI and KPIs, and present reports to senior management.</li><li>Monitor market trends, buyer behavior, and competitor campaigns to recommend new marketing approaches.</li><li>Ensure brand consistency, on-time execution of deliverables, and proper utilization of marketing collaterals.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Graduate or MBA in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.</li><li>3&ndash;5 years of experience in real estate marketing, with minimum 2 years in a team lead/manager role.</li><li>Strong experience in digital marketing, on-ground promotions, and real estate project marketing.</li><li>Proficiency in CRM tools, Google Ads, social media management, and property portals.</li><li>Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical abilities.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to deliver high lead volumes and achieve monthly performance metrics.</li><li>IT-literate with strong understanding of reporting dashboards and data-driven decision-making.</li></ul>Key Skills<ul><li>Lead Generation</li><li>Digital &amp; On-ground Marketing</li><li>Team Leadership</li><li>CRM &amp; Pipeline Management</li><li>B2B/B2C Strategy</li><li>Inventory &amp; Territory Management</li><li>Reporting &amp; Analytics</li><li>Negotiation &amp; Coordination</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;20,000.00 - &#8377;60,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
