The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of recruitment, employee engagement, HR compliance, and performance management&mdash;ideally with prior experience in creative or design-driven industries.Key Responsibilities:- Manage recruitment life cycle: sourcing, screening, interviews, and onboarding- Coordinate with team leads to understand manpower needs- Maintain employee records and HR documentation- Implement HR policies, procedures, and compliance- Handle payroll coordination and attendance tracking- Support performance review processes and feedback systems- Plan employee engagement activities and events- Address employee grievances professionally and confidentiallyRequirements:- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field- 1+ years of HR experience, preferably in creative or project-based industries- Proficiency in MS Office and HR toolsJob Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;15,000.00 - &#8377;20,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
