The Immigration Caseworker will assist the Canadian Immigration Team on Permanent and Temporary immigration files.To learn more about Nanda Professional Services Private Limited, visit our website at www.nanda.ca.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Assist clients in the preparation and filing of immigration applications for Temporary and Permanent residence visas.</li><li>Research requirements for immigration processes/documentation via internet, direct phone communication with visa offices, host country government authorities</li><li>Prepare, organize, and submit standardized, well-written, and error-free support/sponsor letters and all appropriate forms in a timely manner.</li><li>Interact with clients to obtain and complete documents required for visa applications.</li><li>Review documentation provided by applicants for accuracy prior to delivery to representative for final review.</li><li>Complete assessments of immigration requirements based on information provided by clients.</li><li>Act as intermediary between representative and clients.</li><li>Record keeping and managing all client data files within the company database and maintain confidentiality.</li><li>Respond to client requests and inquiries regarding immigration requirements.</li></ul>What you bring to this role:<ul><li>2-3 plus years of Immigration experience preferred.</li><li>College or University degree an asset.</li><li>Knowledge of immigration practices and procedures an asset.</li><li>Foreign/second language capabilities are preferred.</li><li>Attention to detail and accuracy.</li><li>Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.</li><li>Ability to demonstrate analytical and problem-solving skills within a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills.</li><li>Computer proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.</li><li>Ability to locate and research information efficiently, to use it effectively, and to evaluate the quality of the information.</li><li>Ability to work with minimal supervision.</li><li>Ability to communicate responsibly and promote effective working relationships.</li></ul>Languages<ul><li>Knowledge of English and Hindi will be an asset.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;30,000.00 - &#8377;45,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Leave encashment</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
