<div>Position Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented, proactive Shopify Website Manager to oversee the daily operation, maintenance, and optimization of our e-commerce store. This role is responsible for managing product pages, updating website content, coordinating theme updates, and working closely with outside developers to implement technical or code-based changes. The ideal candidate is organized, tech-savvy, and comfortable collaborating across teams&mdash;especially with marketing and development partners. 
Key Responsibilities:

Website Management
<ul>
<li>Maintain and update the Shopify website on an ongoing basis.</li>
<li>Manage product listings, including descriptions, images, pricing, tags, and collections.</li>
<li>Build and update landing pages, homepage sections, and seasonal content.</li>
<li>Upload and schedule graphics, banners, and creative assets provided by the marketing team.</li>
<li>Ensure all website content is accurate, on-brand, and visually consistent.</li>
</ul>
Development &amp; Technical Coordination
<ul>
<li>Partner with external developers on theme customizations and code updates.</li>
<li>Submit clear development requests, manage timelines, and ensure successful implementation.</li>
<li>Test new features, templates, and theme changes before publishing.</li>
<li>Troubleshoot site issues, bugs, and broken functionalities.</li>
</ul>
Optimization &amp; Performance
<ul>
<li>Monitor site speed, mobile experience, and user experience.</li>
<li>Ensure the website follows best practices for SEO, accessibility, and conversion.</li>
<li>Recommend improvements for navigation, layout, and product presentation.</li>
</ul>
Cross-Team Collaboration
<ul>
<li>Work closely with the marketing team to ensure promotions, graphics, and campaigns are reflected on-site.</li>
<li>Coordinate with operations for inventory updates, product launches, and discontinued items.</li>
<li>Support brand and product storytelling through strong visual merchandising.</li></ul> 


Knowledge, Experience, Skills and Abilities
<ul>
<li>2+ years experience managing a Shopify or e-commerce website.</li>
<li>Basic understanding of HTML/CSS (not required to write code, but able to communicate with developers).</li>
<li>Experience building pages and managing content in Shopify themes.</li>
<li>Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.</li>
<li>Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.</li>
<li>Ability to manage projects and communicate effectively with external partners.</li></ul> 


Bonus Skills (Not Required, But Helpful)
<ul>
<li>Experience with Shopify apps and integrations.</li>
<li>Knowledge of SEO best practices.</li></ul>
