Our mission is to empower creators&mdash;from independent filmmakers to major studios&mdash;with tools that combine advanced technology and ease of use, enabling them to bring their creative visions to life.Responsibilities:&#9679; Develop and expand Nanlite&rsquo;s business in the North American market, covering both B2B (dealers, distributors, corporate clients) and B2C (end users, e-commerce channels).&#9679; Identify, approach, and build relationships with potential clients while maintaining and growing existing accounts.&#9679; Collaborate closely with marketing and product teams to ensure customer feedback is communicated and supports product improvement.&#9679; Event Effectiveness Evaluation &amp; Resource Management: Evaluate the performance of exhibitions and offline events, analyze data, and provide insights into ROI. Manage offline marketing budgets to ensure effective allocation of resources.&#9679; Assist in achieving sales targets, provide regular progress reports, and prepare business development plans and summaries.Requirements:&#9679; Bachelor&rsquo;s degree or above in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred.&#9679; 1&ndash;3 years of sales or business development experience; background in consumer electronics, film/TV equipment, lighting, or related industries is a plus.&#9679; Strong willingness to learn and ability to quickly understand products and industry trends.&#9679; Excellent communication and negotiation skills with strong client relationship management abilities.&#9679; Results-driven, proactive, and able to perform under pressure.&#9679; Familiarity with North American sales channels (e-commerce, distributors, retailers) is a plus.What We Offer:&#9679; Comprehensive training and clear growth opportunities within the professional film &amp; lighting industry.&#9679; Competitive compensation package with performance-based incentives.&#9679; Opportunity to work in an international team and gain frontline business development experience.&#9679; Medical insuranceJob Types: Full-time, Part-timePay: $20.00 - $29.00 per hourExpected hours: 40 per weekWork Location: In person
