ORGANIZED, CARING, RELIABLE HOUSEHOLD MANAGER/NANNY NEED ASAP Location: Lafayette Stat Date: ASAP Reliable, organized, hardworking, proactive nanny/household manager needed for 2 sweet, amazing children ages 3 and 6 years old. This family needs a nanny who genuinely loves kids and having fun while being sure they are safe and well cared for. The nanny must also be very organized and be able to see what needs to be done around the house while also following the daily list of duties.Nanny must have 2 or more years of experience with toddlers outside of babysitting, be CPR certified, Legal to work in the US, be 21 years or older, have at least 2 or more childcare references and go through a thorough background and driving record check. The ideal candidate would have experience managing a home as well.Mom and dad have had nannies in the past and would like someone to come in and follow the schedule they have in place as they know what works best for their family.The household manager duties will include: one load of laundry a day (kids and adults), tidying the house (no deep cleaning, no bathrooms, etc.), leaving dishwasher empty each evening, groceries, meal prep for adults, healthy meals for kids, running errands, organizing kids&rsquo; toys, helping parents stay organized.This amazing, down-to-earth family needs a nanny from 6:45am -6pm with a 3.5-hour break in the day. The schedule is roughly as follows: Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday: 6:45 a.m. to 8:45 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. On Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday, the 12:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. portion of the day will generally be dedicated to House Manager duties, and the 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. portion will generally be dedicated to childcare duties. Wednesday: 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. On Wednesday, the nanny will have the children for 2 hours and household manager for 6 hours.A nanny that can travel 1 time a year with the family is a must , who is open to date nights and who can also do overnights on occasion when parents go out of town.The parenting style for this family is to encourage their interests, let them enjoy being home and explore, they aren&rsquo;t too restrictive and encourage independence. They want their kids to be comfortable in their homes and try to get on their level when they are upset and give them space when they need it.Their 6-yr old son is active, very social, sweet and a great big brother. He loves riding his bike, playing baseball, and Legos.Their 3-yr old daughter is very sweet, active, shy at first, then very social. She loves playing soccer and riding her bike. She's also fully potty trained.The children go to 2 different schools on the opposite side of town; therefore, the family will provide a nanny with a car while driving the children around and running errands. They will also provide paid vacation, sick days and after 6 months health care. They will pay the nanny based on her experience and pay using a w-2.
