About the Family:A warm, casual, and welcoming family of four in Bethesda, MD, is seeking a seasoned, professional full-time housekeeper/family assistant/pet nanny. The family values a relaxed environment centered around their children and is seeking a candidate who can seamlessly manage the home with minimal direction. Mom is a stay-at-home parent who is very hands-on with the children.<ul><li>Culturally aware and appreciative of Filipino background (Filipino candidates encouraged to apply)</li></ul>Position Overview:This is a full-charge, long-term role presented by Nannies and more&hellip;&reg; International for a highly experienced candidate who takes pride in maintaining a large 4-story home and can confidently &ldquo;own&rdquo; their role.This is an all-in-one position&mdash;there is no additional household staff. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, energetic, and comfortable managing a busy household independently.Key Responsibilities (4 Buckets Scope):<ul><li>Housekeeping / Home Care</li><li>Full-charge cleaning of an 8-bedroom, 10-bathroom home (primarily high-use areas; some spaces rarely used)</li><li>Daily upkeep, deep cleaning, and organization</li><li>Monitoring and maintaining household cleanliness standards</li><li>Managing household supply inventory and restocking</li><li>Laundry &amp; Ironing</li><li>Full family laundry, including washing, folding, and organizing</li><li>Expert ironing and garment care</li><li>Closet organization and seasonal rotation as needed</li><li>Pet Care (Dog Nanny Duties)</li><li>Care for a 2-year-old Bernedoodle</li><li>Daily walks, playtime, and companionship</li><li>Scheduling and managing grooming appointments and outings</li><li>Household Support / Light Meal Prep</li><li>Light meal prep</li></ul>(Chef provides meals on Mondays and Wednesdays; reheating and simple prep required on other days)<ul><li>Kitchen upkeep and organization</li><li>Supporting smooth day-to-day household operations</li></ul>Additional Details<ul><li>Children (ages 9 and 11) are fully managed by Mom; occasional childcare responsibilities may be required</li><li>Older children are rarely home</li><li>No travel required, though the family maintains a beach home in Bethany Beach</li><li>Maintenance vendors are handled separately</li><li>Parents are frequently in and out; the household is informal and not overly structured</li></ul>Ideal Candidate Profile<ul><li>Seasoned, professional housekeeper with 5 years of experience working in large, fine homes</li><li>Must be eligible to work in the US</li><li>Strong work ethic and willingness to be hands-on with cleaning (not suited for candidates who prefer supervisory-only roles)</li><li>High energy and stamina to manage a large 4-story property</li><li>Organized, self-directed, and able to set and manage their own workflow</li><li>Detail-oriented with excellent laundry and ironing skills</li><li>Comfortable around pets and experienced with dog care</li><li>Discreet, reliable, and proactive</li></ul>Compensation &amp; Benefits<ul><li>Competitive salary based on experience and excellent references</li><li>Long-term opportunity with a kind, respectful family</li><li>Ongoing support and placement guidance through Nannies and more&hellip;&reg; International</li></ul>Additional NotesThis position is being actively recruited by Nannies and more&hellip;&reg; International.
