Overview We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Full-Time Infant Nanny to provide loving, attentive, and reliable care for infants in a nurturing home environment. As a full-time caregiver, you will play a vital role in ensuring the child's well-being, growth, and happiness every day.Compensation &amp; Schedule <ul><li>Schedule: 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday-Friday (Overtime paid at x1.5)</li><li>Hours: 40 hours per week guaranteed</li><li>Pay: $30&ndash;$35/hour, depending on experience</li><li>Start: Flexible (Before August)</li><li>Commitment: 1-year contract</li><li>Benefits: 10 daysPTO, 6 days Sick Leave, 40 guaranteed hours, Paid Federal Holidays, mileage reimbursement ( $1/mile )</li></ul>Responsibilities<ul><li>Provide attentive and compassionate care tailored to the needs of infants, including feeding, diapering, bathing, and soothing.</li><li>Develop and implement age-appropriate activities that promote sensory exploration, motor skills, and early learning.</li><li>Prepare nutritious meals and snacks suitable for infants, ensuring dietary restrictions or preferences are respected.</li><li>Maintain a clean and organized environment by performing light housekeeping tasks related to childcare, such as sterilizing bottles and tidying play areas.</li><li>Monitor the child's health and safety at all times, including administering first aid when necessary and following safety protocols diligently.</li><li>Support developmental milestones through engaging play, reading stories, singing songs, and encouraging social interaction.</li><li>Communicate regularly with parents about the child's progress, routines, and any concerns that arise during caregiving hours.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>5+ years of proven experience working with infants in nannying, daycare, babysitting or similar childcare roles.</li><li>Knowledge of infant care best practices, including feeding schedules, sleep routines, developmental activities, and safety measures.</li><li>Valid certification in first aid and CPR to ensure prompt response in emergencies.</li><li>Ability to perform light cleaning tasks related to childcare such as sterilizing bottles or tidying play areas.</li><li>Flexibility to work full-time hours with a reliable schedule that aligns with family needs.</li><li>Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with parents and caregivers.</li><li>Experience working with children with disabilities or special needs is a plus but not required.
