Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Nanny to provide loving, attentive, and professional childcare for children of various ages. This role involves creating a safe, nurturing environment where children can thrive, learn, and develop their unique talents. The ideal candidate will be proactive, responsible, and passionate about fostering positive growth and well-being in children. You will play a vital role in supporting families by managing daily routines, engaging children in educational activities, and ensuring their health and safety at all times.Responsibilities<ul><li>Provide attentive care for children across different age groups, including infants, toddlers, and preschoolers.</li><li>Prepare nutritious meals and snacks tailored to dietary needs and preferences.</li><li>Assist with daily routines such as bathing, dressing, nap times, and diaper changes for younger children.</li><li>Engage children in age-appropriate educational activities that promote learning and development.</li><li>Maintain a clean and organized environment by performing light housekeeping tasks related to childcare, including cleaning toys and children's areas.</li><li>Administer basic first aid when necessary and respond promptly to any emergencies or health concerns.</li><li>Support children with special needs or disabilities by adapting activities and providing personalized care when required.</li><li>Foster positive social interactions by encouraging sharing, cooperation, and respectful communication among children.</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Proven experience working with children in a nannying, babysitting, daycare, or teaching capacity.</li><li>Knowledge of infant care, toddler care, preschool activities, and early childhood development principles.</li><li>Ability to perform first aid procedures confidently and respond effectively in emergency situations.</li><li>Strong skills in meal preparation tailored to children's nutritional requirements.</li><li>Experience working with individuals with disabilities or special needs is a plus.</li><li>Competence in cleaning up after children and maintaining a hygienic environment.</li><li>Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with parents and caregivers.</li><li>Passionate about caregiving with a nurturing attitude that promotes trust and safety for children.
