The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of child development, a passion for working with children, and the ability to create a structured yet loving learning environment.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Provide attentive, high-quality care to children in a safe and nurturing environment</li><li>Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that support learning and development</li><li>Maintain a structured daily schedule including meals, naps, and playtime</li><li>Supervise children at all times and ensure their safety and well-being</li><li>Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and team members</li><li>Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary classroom environment</li><li>Follow all state licensing regulations and center policies</li><li>Assist with diapering, potty training, feeding, and basic care needs</li><li>Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child&rsquo;s progress and daily activities</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>CDA (Child Development Associate Credential) &ndash; REQUIRED</li><li>Minimum of 1 year of childcare or daycare experience preferred</li><li>CPR &amp; First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain)</li><li>Strong knowledge of child development and early learning practices</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, overnight, and weekends</li></ul>Preferred Qualities<ul><li>Patient, nurturing, and energetic personality</li><li>Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic</li><li>Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Passion for helping children grow academically, socially, and emotionally</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Supportive and professional work environment</li><li>Flexible scheduling (24-hour facility)</li><li>Opportunities for growth and development</li><li>Competitive pay (based on experience and qualifications)</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Part-timePay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hourWork Location: In person
