Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) services for incarcerated individuals with Opioid Use Disorder (OUD), with a primary focus on buprenorphine/naloxone (Suboxone).</li><li>
Conduct initial and ongoing clinical assessments for OUD, including substance use history, withdrawal evaluation, psychiatric and medical comorbidities, and readiness for treatment.</li><li>
Initiate, continue, adjust, and monitor Suboxone therapy in accordance with evidence-based guidelines, DEA regulations, and correctional health policies.</li><li>
Manage induction, stabilization, maintenance, and tapering phases of MAT as clinically indicated.</li><li>
Collaborate closely with correctional healthcare staff, custody staff, mental health providers, and substance use counselors to ensure coordinated, safe, and effective care.</li><li>
Monitor patient adherence, response to treatment, and potential diversion risks within a correctional setting.</li><li>
Provide patient education on OUD, MAT, relapse prevention, overdose risk, and continuity of care upon release.</li><li>
Participate collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team to create individualized treatment plans that address medical, behavioral health, and social determinants of health.</li><li>
Ensure accurate, timely, and compliant documentation in the electronic health record, including MAT-specific reporting and regulatory requirements.</li><li>
Participate in discharge planning and continuity-of-care coordination, including referrals to community-based MAT providers upon release.</li><li>
Maintain compliance with state, federal, and facility regulations related to controlled substances, MAT delivery, and correctional healthcare standards.</li><li>
Participate in quality improvement initiatives, clinical audits, and program development related to OUD and MAT services.</li></ul><div>
Stay current with evolving best practices, clinical guidelines, and regulatory changes related to OUD treatment and MAT.</div>
Qualifications:

Education / Experience / Requirements</b></p><ul><li>
Advanced nursing education (Master's or Doctorate)</li><li>
MAT/OUD treatment experience required</li><li>
CARN-AP preferred</li><li>
Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner</li><li>
Must hold a current unrestricted license as a Nurse Practitioner in FL</li><li>
Current DEA registration</li><li>
An appropriate collaborative agreement with the on-site Physician</li><li>
Must possess an active BLS CPR Certification (AHA required)</li><li>

Advanced nursing education (Master's or Doctorate)</li></ul><ul><li>
Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner</li><li>
Must hold a current unrestricted license as a Nurse Practitioner in NJ</li><li>
Current DEA registration</li><li>
An appropriate collaborative agreement with the on-site Physician</li><li>
Must possess an active BLS CPR Certification (American Heart Association preferred)</li></ul><ul><li>

NaphCare is seeking to hire a <b>Nursing Assistant (NA)</b> to join our team of medical professionals in the <b>Arizona Department of Corrections - Winslow</b><b> </b>in<b> Winslow, AZ.</b></div><p></p><div><br>
Pay rates range from <b>$18.00</b> to <b>$20.00 </b>per hour based on shift, site needs, licensure, and experience.</div><div><br>

As a <b>Correctional CNA</b>, you will work under the supervision of a registered nurse alongside correctional officers and other medical professionals to provide care to the individuals in residence. Working within a controlled environment, where security is top priority and the days are never dull, you will have various duties to keep you engaged including assisting physicians and other healthcare professionals with examinations, taking patient histories, vital signs, supporting administrative tasks, etc. This is a unique position where you can make a difference to this diverse population of patients with complex medical needs.</div><br>

Responsibilities:
<div>
As a<b> NA</b>, you will play a critical role in our continued mission to provide quality healthcare that protects the rights, dignity, and health of our unique patient population. Duties and responsibilities may include and not be limited to:</div><div><b>
Clinical Duties:</b></div><ul><li>
Assist with performing patient assessments, interviewing patients about current health problems, medication history</li><li>
Taking vital signs including blood pressure, temperature, respiration, and weight</li><li>
Documenting medical history including medications, treatment and medical conditions</li><li>
Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADL) skills including bathing, dressing, feeding and mobility</li><li>
Providing basic wound care, basic laboratory tests, basic patient education and instructions</li><li>
Observing and reporting changes in patients&rsquo; physical or mental health to nurses</li></ul><div><b>
Administrative Duties:</b></div><ul><li>
Scheduling and coordinating patient appointments</li><li>
Maintaining inventory of medical and office supplies</li><li>
Answering phones, emails and other forms of communications</li></ul>
