THE POSITION 
 
We are seeking a knowledgeable and detail‑oriented Airport Project Site Inspector to oversee construction activities across the airfield and airport facilities.<ul><li>
Conduct daily inspections of airport construction projects.</li><li>
Ensure contractor compliance with FAA, FDOT, and airport engineering standards.</li><li>
Monitor Construction Safety and Phasing Plan (CSPP) elements.</li><li>
Verify grades, elevations, and tolerances.</li><li>
Review materials, test reports, and as-built documents.</li><li>
Prepare inspection reports and document deficiencies.</li><li>
Coordinate with contractors, consultants, Airport Operations, FAA, and FDOT.</li><li>
Support NOTAM coordination and airfield closures.</li></ul>
REQUIREMENTS<ul><li>
High school diploma/GED required; technical coursework preferred.</li><li>
Five years of construction or engineering inspection experience.</li><li>
Ability to read plans and interpret specifications.</li><li>
Strong analytical, computer, and communication skills.</li></ul>
