As we continue to grow, we are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Warehouse Manager to oversee our cleaning supply warehouse and support smooth day-to-day operations.Key ResponsibilitiesWarehouse &amp; Inventory Management<ul><li>Manage and organize warehouse stock, cleaning supplies, linens, and equipment</li><li>Conduct regular stock counts and maintain accurate inventory records</li><li>Ensure timely replenishment of supplies and linens</li><li>Prepare daily supply kits for cleaning teams based on job schedules</li><li>Maintain cleanliness and proper storage standards in the warehouse</li></ul>Operations &amp; Scheduling<ul><li>Coordinate and prepare next-day schedules and supply requirements for cleaning teams</li><li>Assign and track cleaning kits, linens, and equipment</li><li>Monitor supply usage and forecast upcoming needs based on reservation schedule</li><li>Work closely with operations team to ensure smooth dispatch and return of materials</li></ul>Quality &amp; Compliance<ul><li>Ensure all cleaning materials and tools meet company standards</li><li>Maintain operational checklists and procedures</li><li>Keep track of damaged or missing items and report accordingly</li><li>Ensure proper labeling &amp; safety protocols are followed</li></ul>Team Coordination<ul><li>Train and supervise helpers/warehouse assistants (if applicable)</li><li>Coordinate with drivers and cleaning crew leads for daily supply distribution</li><li>Support management in improving operational efficiency</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Prior experience in warehouse management, operations, logistics, or inventory control (hospitality/cleaning industry preferred)</li><li>Good knowledge of inventory software &amp; basic computer skills (Excel/Sheets)</li><li>Strong organizational and time-management skills</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced, schedule-driven environment</li><li>Attention to detail and accountability</li><li>Ability to lift and move supplies/boxes when needed</li><li>UAE driving license (mandatory)</li></ul>Benefits<ul><li>Competitive salary</li><li>Performance-based growth opportunities</li><li>Supportive and growth-driven work environment</li><li>Opportunity to work in a fast-growing hospitality service company</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: From AED3,000.00 per month
