We're looking for a passionate and skilled Textile Designer to join our growing creative team.Job Summary:The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing, developing, and executing textile designs that align with our product vision and market trends. This role demands strong aesthetic sensibilities, hands-on knowledge of design software, and prior experience in home furnishing products.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Develop innovative textile designs for cushion covers, bedsheets, rugs, carpets, and other home furnishing products.</li><li>Research market trends, colors, materials, and techniques relevant to home d&eacute;cor and textiles.</li><li>Create print patterns, weaves, embroideries, and textures that cater to various international and domestic markets.</li><li>Collaborate with product development, merchandising, and production teams to translate design concepts into final products.</li><li>Prepare detailed tech packs with specifications, fabric selections, colorways, and artwork.</li><li>Coordinate with vendors/suppliers to ensure design execution aligns with quality and production standards.</li><li>Participate in mood board development, seasonal collections, and buyer presentations.</li><li>Conduct sampling reviews and suggest corrections where needed.</li><li>Maintain a digital archive of designs, samples, and past collections.</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Textile Design, Fashion Design, or a related field.</li><li>4&ndash;5 years of hands-on experience specifically in the home furnishing industry.</li><li>Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and other textile design software (e.g., NedGraphics, CorelDRAW).</li><li>Strong understanding of fabric types, weaving techniques, printing processes (screen/digital/block), and surface embellishment.</li><li>Proven portfolio of home textile designs (preferably cushion covers, bedsheets, rugs, or carpets).</li><li>Excellent color sense, attention to detail, and design aesthetics aligned with global and domestic d&eacute;cor trends.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Good communication and presentation skills.</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications:<ul><li>Exposure to international markets and design sensibilities (e.g., US, UK, EU buyers).</li><li>Experience working with export houses or brands specializing in home d&eacute;cor.</li><li>Knowledge of sustainability trends in textile design.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;40,000.00 - &#8377;50,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person

Job Title: HR Compliance &amp; ExecutiveIndustry: Garment / Apparel Manufacturing Location: [C-133 , NOIDA SEC - 63 ] Experience Required: 1-2years (preferably in garment industry) Reporting To: HR Manager / Factory Head / Director Employment Type: Full-TimeJob Summary:We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented HR Compliance &amp; Executive to join our team in the garment manufacturing sector. The ideal candidate will have comprehensive knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, statutory compliance, and the specific operational requirements of the apparel industry. This role ensures that the organization adheres to legal standards, promotes a positive work environment, and maintains ethical labor practices as per industry norms.Key Responsibilities:1. Statutory Compliance<ul><li>Ensure compliance with all labor laws, Factories Act, ESI, PF, Gratuity, Bonus, Minimum Wages, etc.</li><li>Timely filing of statutory returns and maintenance of registers &amp; records as per law.</li><li>Liaise with government authorities like Labour Department, ESI/PF offices, etc.</li><li>Handle factory inspections and audits (internal &amp; external) with confidence and accuracy.</li></ul>2. HR Operations<ul><li>Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle &ndash; onboarding, documentation, attendance, payroll inputs, and exit formalities.</li><li>Ensure proper maintenance of personnel files, contracts, ID cards, etc.</li><li>Support the payroll process with accurate data related to attendance, overtime, leave management, etc.</li><li>Maintain HRMS (if applicable) and generate required reports.</li></ul>3. Compliance Audits<ul><li>Prepare for and coordinate compliance audits like BSCI, SEDEX, WRAP, SA8000, Buyer Code of Conduct, etc.</li><li>Ensure the factory and HR policies are aligned with customer social compliance standards.</li><li>Monitor and track corrective actions post-audit and ensure timely closure.</li></ul>4. Policy Implementation &amp; Training<ul><li>Implement company HR policies and communicate them effectively to employees.</li><li>Conduct periodic training on POSH (Prevention of Sexual Harassment), code of conduct, workplace safety, etc.</li><li>Conduct awareness sessions for employees on HR policies, grievance redressal mechanisms, and compliance obligations.</li></ul>5. Employee Engagement &amp; Discipline<ul><li>Manage employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and coordinate with management on critical HR issues.</li><li>Foster a healthy, compliant, and safe work culture in the factory floor.</li><li>Assist in organizing employee welfare activities, worker committees, and grievance redressal forums.</li></ul>Key Requirements:<ul><li>Education: Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Human Resources / MBA-HR / MSW (Master of Social Work) or equivalent.</li><li>Experience: Minimum 1-2 years in HR Compliance/HR Executive role in garment or textile manufacturing industry.</li><li>Deep understanding of Indian labor laws, HR operations in manufacturing setup, and social compliance frameworks.</li><li>Proven track record of handling labor audits and statutory compliance independently.</li><li>Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Proficient in MS Office, HRMS tools, and record-keeping systems.</li><li>Knowledge of local language (if required) will be an added advantage.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;25,000.00 - &#8377;40,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
