Location: Hyderabad Salary: ₹25,000 &ndash; ₹30,000 per month Experience: 1&ndash;3 years (Freshers with the right attitude can also apply)Job SummaryWe are looking for a dependable Operations Executive to support our marketing and sales team with day-to-day operations. This role involves handling deliveries, maintaining stock, managing storage, and supporting execution during sales activities. This is a hands-on execution role for someone who can follow instructions and ensure smooth operations.Key ResponsibilitiesOperations &amp; Deliveries<ul><li>Coordinate daily deliveries with transporters and customers</li><li>Ensure timely dispatch and delivery of products</li><li>Track delivery status and report issues</li></ul>Stock &amp; Storage<ul><li>Maintain basic stock records (Excel / Google Sheets / manual)</li><li>Ensure proper storage, labeling, and organization of inventory</li><li>Assist with stock counts and reconciliation</li></ul>Sales Support<ul><li>Support marketing heads during sales campaigns and order execution</li><li>Prepare and pack orders during high-sales periods</li><li>Coordinate between sales, warehouse, and delivery partners</li></ul>General Support<ul><li>Follow instructions from founders and marketing heads</li><li>Handle day-to-day operational tasks as required</li><li>Flag delays, damages, or stock issues immediately</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Own two-wheeler / vehicle is mandatory</li><li>Valid driving license is mandatory</li><li>Willingness to travel locally within Hyderabad/other cities</li><li>Basic education (12th / Diploma / Graduate &ndash; flexible)</li><li>Ability to follow instructions and work independently</li><li>Basic Excel / mobile app usage preferred</li><li>Willingness to do field and warehouse work</li><li>Reliable, punctual, and honest</li></ul>What We Are NOT Looking For<ul><li>Not a senior or managerial role</li><li>No expert-level experience required</li><li>No strategic decision-making responsibility</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Monthly salary: ₹25,000 &ndash; ₹30,000</li><li>Stable role in a growing company</li><li>Learning exposure to operations, logistics, and sales support</li><li>Growth opportunity into a senior operations role over time</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, FresherPay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
