Job Overview: URGENT HIRINGNAS Home Health Care is seeking dedicated and compassionate male caregivers to provide high-quality care for patients in their homes. The role involves assisting with daily living activities, personal care, and ensuring the overall well-being of patients. Caregivers play a vital role in delivering personalized care to enhance the quality of life for individuals with health challenges, elderly patients, and those in need of rehabilitation.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Assist patients with personal care tasks, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.</li><li>Provide mobility assistance and help with exercises, walking, and transferring patients as needed.</li><li>Monitor and record patients' vital signs, health conditions, and communicate any changes to healthcare professionals.</li><li>Administer medications as directed by healthcare professionals.</li><li>Support with meal preparation and feeding, ensuring proper nutrition and hydration.</li><li>Offer companionship and emotional support to patients, fostering a positive and comfortable environment.</li><li>Help with housekeeping tasks to maintain a safe and clean living space.</li><li>Follow personalized care plans provided by healthcare professionals.</li><li>Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to NAS Home Health Care&rsquo;s policies and procedures.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Previous caregiving experience is highly preferred, especially in a home care or healthcare setting.</li><li>Certification in caregiving or nursing assistance is a plus.</li><li>Ability to handle physically demanding tasks, such as lifting or transferring patients.</li><li>Compassionate, patient, and empathetic demeanor.</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is a plus.</li><li>Must be flexible with working hours and able to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.</li></ul>Benefits:<ul><li>Competitive salary based on experience.</li><li>Opportunities for career growth and ongoing training.</li><li>Supportive work environment with a team-oriented culture.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentJob Type: Full-time
