The compensation range for this position is: $15.50 per hour</div><div></div><div>

The Glen hosts a diverse portfolio of premier sports car, open wheel and stock car races throughout the year.</div><div></div><div>
This position will assist in managing current and new partners and increasing incremental revenue for the NASCAR Weekend at Watkins Glen International.</div><div></div><div>
Duties:</div><ul><li>
Assist in managing corporate account partners.</li><li>
Secure and distribute ticketing inventory.</li><li>
Assist with developing creative assets related to promotion of partners.</li><li>
Provide quality customer service for existing customers.</li><li>
Assist the sales department with tasks during major event weekends.</li><li>
Support community programs that WGI is involved with.</li><li>
Assist with show car/pace car appearances on non-event weekends.</li><li>
Other duties may be assigned.</li></ul><div></div><div>
Qualifications:</div><ul><li>
Two years completed towards a Business Administration, Communications, Marketing or Sport Management Degree.</li><li>
Customer service experience (retail, direct, corporate) is helpful.</li><li>
Computer proficient and strong organizational skills.</li><li>
Possess the ability to demonstrate exceptional guest service skills.</li><li>
Able to work non-traditional hours occasionally (nights, weekends, holidays).</li><li>
Must be able to work the NASCAR Weekend at The Glen (May 8-10, 2026).</li></ul><div></div><div>
Other skills, abilities, or qualifications:</div><ul><li>
Minimum 18 years of age.</li><li>
Ability to work outdoors in changing weather conditions for extended periods.</li><li>
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.</li><li>
Flexible schedule during the event.</li><li>
Reliable transportation to and from the track location.</li></ul><div></div><div>
