The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the sales of solar energy solutions and hybrid energy systems, with a strong passion for promoting clean and renewable energy technologies.Key Responsibilities:&middot; Sales &amp; Business Development: Drive sales efforts for solar energy systems and hybrid energy solutions, targeting new clients and expanding relationships with existing ones.&middot; Consultative Selling: Understand customer needs, provide tailored solutions, and guide them through the process of adopting renewable energy technologies.&middot; Lead Generation &amp; Qualification: Proactively source leads, qualify opportunities, and build a strong sales pipeline.&middot; Market Research &amp; Strategy: Stay informed on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor offerings to effectively position Maspro&rsquo;s solutions.&middot; Product Presentations &amp; Demos: Conduct engaging product presentations and demonstrations to potential customers, both in-person and online.&middot; Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring long-term customer satisfaction and retention.&middot; Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and technical teams to align sales strategies and ensure smooth project execution.Qualifications:&middot; Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (preferred).&middot; Proven experience in sales within the solar energy and/or hybrid energy systems sectors.&middot; Strong knowledge of solar energy technologies, hybrid energy systems, and their benefits for residential, commercial, and industrial clients.&middot; Excellent communication and negotiation skills.&middot; Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.&middot; A network of industry contacts is a plus.Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs120,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
