We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee cleaning operations within a hospital environment. The ideal candidate will ensure high standards of hygiene, infection control, and team coordination in compliance with healthcare regulations in Qatar.Key Responsibilities :-Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and coordinate daily housekeeping activities across all areas of the medical centre (clinical and non-clinical).Ensure strict adherence to infection control protocols, hygiene standards, and cleanliness guidelines.Monitor and maintain cleanliness in patient areas, consultation rooms, laboratories, washrooms, and common areas.Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure quality standards are consistently met.Manage housekeeping staff schedules, duty rosters, and task assignments.Train housekeeping staff on cleaning procedures, use of chemicals, and safety protocols.Ensure proper handling, storage, and usage of cleaning materials and equipment.Coordinate with other departments to address housekeeping-related requirements promptly.Maintain inventory of housekeeping supplies and raise requisitions as needed.Ensure compliance with Qatar health and safety regulations and internal policies.Handle complaints related to cleanliness and take immediate corrective action.Ensure proper waste management, including medical and general waste segregation as per guidelines.Requirements:-Minimum 3&ndash;5 years of experience as a Housekeeping SupervisorHospital or healthcare facility experience is mandatoryGood knowledge of infection control standardsStrong leadership and team management skillsAbility to handle 80&ndash;100 housekeeping staffGood communication skills (English required; Arabic is an advantage)Currently in QatarQualification :-Minimum: Bachelor&rsquo;s DegreeCertification in Housekeeping / Facility Management (preferred)Job Types: Full-time, PermanentExperience:-Housekeeping Supervisor: 4 years (Preferred)Job Type: Full-timeWork Location: In person

Roles and Responsibilties:(Please Note: This position is open to Male applicant in line with operational requirements)Counsel patients on medication usage, dosage, side effects, and storage.Verify prescriptions for accuracy, legality, and potential drug interactions.Ensure compliance with MOPH regulations and ethical pharmaceutical practices.Dispense prescribed medications accurately and ensure proper documentation.Regulatory &amp; Compliance:Maintain accurate records of all pharmaceutical transactions.Ensure all medications are stored and dispensed following safety guidelines.Adhere to local laws governing the sale and distribution of controlled substances.Inventory &amp; Stock Management:Monitor stock levels and manage inventory to prevent shortages.Conduct regular audits to identify expired or near-expiry medications.Coordinate with suppliers for timely stock replenishment.Collaboration &amp; Continuous Learning:Work closely with healthcare professionals to enhance patient care.Stay updated with new drugs, treatment protocols, and regulatory changes.Train and supervise pharmacy assistants and junior staff as required.Qualifications &amp; Requirements:Education: Bachelor&rsquo;s or Master&rsquo;s degree in Pharmacy.Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a pharmacy (retail or hospital setting).License: Must have or be eligible for a Qatar Pharmacist License from MOPH.Skills: Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations, excellent customer service, and attention to detail.Language: Proficiency in English is required; Arabic is an added advantage.Job Type: Full-timeWork Location: In person
