Job Description:We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR Assistant to support our Human Resources department. The ideal candidate will be passionate about HR functions, well English Spoken, possess excellent organizational skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.Responsibilities:&middot; Assist with the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.&middot; Maintain employee attendance records, leave management and ensure all documentation is up-to-date.&middot; Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, including conducting orientation sessions and preparing new hire paperwork.&middot; Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.&middot; Assist with performance management processes, including tracking performance evaluations and providing administrative support.&middot; Help administer employee benefits programs.&middot; Assist with HR projects and initiatives as needed.Requirements:&middot; Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred.&middot; 1-2 years of experience in an HR administrative role preferred.&middot; Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.&middot; Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.&middot; Proficiency in MS Office, MS Excel, and PowerPoint applications.&middot; Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.&middot; Knowledge of HRIS software is a plus.Benefits:&middot; Competitive salary&middot; Opportunities for professional development and growth&middot; Collaborative and supportive work environmentHow to Apply:If you are interested in joining our team as an HR Assistant, please submit your resume at WhatsApp +92 3268099991.Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs65,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
