The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting residential or commercial properties, while providing expert advice on market conditions, pricing, and investment opportunities.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Assist clients with the buying, selling, and leasing of properties.</li><li>Conduct market research to identify potential property listings and investment opportunities.</li><li>Provide guidance and assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property at the right price under the best terms.</li><li>Prepare necessary paperwork (contracts, leases, deeds, closing statements).</li><li>Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their property needs.</li><li>Schedule property viewings and accompany clients to site visits.</li><li>Negotiate deals between buyers and sellers, ensuring fair terms.</li><li>Stay up to date with real estate markets, trends, and best practices.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Proven experience as a property consultant, real estate agent, or similar role.</li><li>Strong knowledge of the local real estate market and relevant legal guidelines.</li><li>Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-time
