 Responsibilities:
 
 
 
 <ul>

 Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, managing relationships and ensuring client needs are met
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate between clients and the accounting team to ensure accurate and timely delivery of services
 </li>
 <li>
 Understand client requirements, resolve issues, and address inquiries in a timely and prompt manner
 </li>
 <li>
 Review reports and deliverables before sharing them with clients to ensure quality and clarity
 </li>
 <li>
 Schedule and lead regular client meetings to discuss updates, performance, and opportunities for improvement
 </li>
 <li>
 Escalate feedback and client concerns to internal teams for service enhancements
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure contractual commitments and deadlines are met

 Requirements
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
 </li>
 <li>
 1-2 years of experience as an Account Manager, Client Relationship Manager, or similar role - preferably in B2B services or accounting/consulting firms.
 </li>
 <li>
 Basic understanding of accounting concepts and terminology
 </li>
 <li>
 KSA Client Experience is preferred
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Highly organized with strong attention to detail
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficient in English and Arabic, both written and spoken

 Mid-Level UX/UI Designer
 
 to join our team in Egypt. The ideal candidate has a strong background in
 
 user experience research, wireframing, prototyping, and visual design
 
 , with
 
 2-4 years
 
 of experience delivering intuitive and engaging digital experiences. You will collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into user-friendly designs that align with both business goals and user needs.
 
 
 
 Responsibilities

 User Research &amp; Analysis: Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to identify user needs and pain points
 </li>
 <li>
 Wireframing &amp; Prototyping: Create wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes to visualize design concepts
 </li>
 <li>
 UI Design: Design high-fidelity mockups, layouts, and visual assets aligned with brand guidelines
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaboration: Work closely with product owners, developers, and QA teams to ensure accurate implementation of designs
 </li>
 <li>
 Design Systems: Maintain and contribute to the company's design system and component libraries
 </li>
 <li>
 Accessibility &amp; Usability: Apply UX best practices to ensure accessibility, responsiveness, and usability across platforms
 </li>
 <li>
 Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends, design tools, and emerging UX/UI practices to improve product quality

 Requirements
 
 
 
 <ul>

 Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Multimedia, or related field
 </li>
 <li>
 2-4 years of professional experience in UX/UI design, preferably in digital products or SaaS applications
 </li>
 <li>
 A strong design portfolio showcasing UX research, wireframes, prototypes, and final UI work
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience with motion design or micro-interactions (After Effects, Principle)
 </li>
 <li>
 Understanding of Design Thinking methodologies
 </li>
 <li>
 Knowledge of WCAG accessibility standards
 </li>
 <li>
 Prior experience in fintech, e-commerce, or SaaS products
 
 
 </li>
