 Job description
 
 
 :-
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Handle production scheduling and ensure all shoot timelines are met.
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct location scouting across Kuwait and manage all permits and logistics related to each location
 </li>
 <li>
 Oversee equipment sourcing and rentals (camera, lighting, grip, sound, etc.)
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage production logistics - crew transport, catering, setup, on-set coordination, and call sheets
 </li>
 <li>
 Handle talent sourcing from casting models and actors to coordinating extras and crew members
 </li>
 <li>
 Supervise on-set operations, ensuring all departments (camera, art, styling, lighting) are in sync
 </li>
 <li>
 Control budgets and production expenses, ensuring cost-effective yet high-quality outcomes.
 </li>
 <li>
 Liaise between the creative team, post-production, and clients to maintain alignment
 </li>
 <li>
 Build and maintain a network of vendors, freelancers, and location contacts in Kuwait.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure smooth day-to-day operations and problem-solving under pressure
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Requirements
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 3-5 years of experience in production management (commercials, branded content, or film)
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong understanding of production workflows (pre-production, shoot, post).
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Hands-on experience with location scouting, casting, and logistics coordination.
 </li>
 <li>
 Familiarity with the Kuwaiti production ecosystem ,vendors, equipment houses, and local authorities.
 </li>
 <li>
 Fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
 </li>
 <li>
 Proactive, solution-oriented, and detail-focused mindset.
 </li>
 <li>
 Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Media, or Business is a plus
