The ideal candidate is passionate about hair artistry, up-to-date with the latest trends, and committed to delivering outstanding client experiences.Role OverviewAs a Hair Stylist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality hair services, offering expert consultations, and ensuring every client leaves the salon feeling confident, satisfied, and happy with their look.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Welcome clients warmly and conduct professional consultations to understand their preferences, lifestyle, and hair goals.</li><li>Recommend suitable hairstyles, cuts, and colors based on face shape, hair type, and client expectations.</li><li>Perform hair cutting, trimming, and shaving using both basic and advanced techniques.</li><li>Execute a wide range of coloring services, including highlights, balayage, ombr&eacute;, toning, and color correction.</li><li>Wash, condition, and style hair using appropriate professional products.</li><li>Create hairstyles for special occasions and daily wear (blow-dry, braids, buns, ponytails, etc.).</li><li>Apply hair and scalp treatments such as keratin, protein, smoothing, repair, and hydration therapies.</li><li>Maintain strong client relationships, build loyalty, and remember individual preferences.</li><li>Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and sterilization of tools and workstations at all times.</li><li>Manage bookings, accommodate walk-in clients, and work efficiently within the salon schedule.</li><li>Promote and cross-sell hair care products and services when appropriate.</li></ul>Requirements &amp; Qualifications<ul><li>Proven work experience as a Hair Stylist, Hairdresser, Colorist, or similar role.</li><li>Strong skills in cutting short and long hair for all hair types.</li><li>Hands-on experience with advanced coloring and styling techniques.</li><li>Proficiency in hair straightening and curling using professional tools.</li><li>Knowledge of hair treatments and services such as keratin smoothing and repair systems.</li><li>Up-to-date with current industry trends and techniques.</li><li>Excellent communication and customer service skills.</li><li>Physical stamina and flexibility to stand for long hours and work shifts.</li><li>Valid cosmetology certification or professional license.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: QAR3,500.00 - QAR4,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):<ul><li>Send us your portfolio of your previous work in hair styling</li><li>What is your salary expectation?</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Hair Stylist, Hairdresser, Colorist, or similar role: 4 years (Preferred)</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>Arabic (Preferred)</li></ul>Location:<ul><li>Doha (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
