Responsibilities:
<div><b>
Industrial HVAC Maintenance Technician position responsibilities include, but are not limited to:</b></div><ul><li><div>
Work closely with plant operations and maintenance staff, and will report directly to the plant Maintenance Supervisor</div></li><li><div>
Operate plant Refrigeration system that supplies the flat product freezers</div></li><li><div>
Monitor and start the Refrigeration system, to have ready for morning production daily</div></li><li><div>
Monitor necessary refrigeration and HVAC work orders to ensure plant refrigeration and HVAC systems are well maintained</div></li><li><div>
Maintain records for all refrigeration equipment pertaining to the flat product freezers</div></li><li><div>
Understand and assist with plant Wastewater equipment and upkeep</div></li><li><div>
Assist with other production equipment repairs and PM&rsquo;s</div></li><li><div>
Must be willing to work longer hours if necessary to support production</div></li><li>
Other duties as assigned</li></ul><div>
This is a safety sensitive position. This position is an on-site remote.</div>
Qualifications:
<div><b>
Qualified candidates for the Industrial HVAC Maintenance Technician position should possess the following:</b></div><ul><li><div>
Familiar with maintenance work order systems</div></li><li><div>
EPA 608 Universal Certificate (or the ability to obtain within 3 months of hire)</div></li><li><div>
Experience with screw compressors and screw compressor maintenance</div></li><li><div>
Experience with pumps and piping systems</div></li><li><div>
Microsoft Office &ndash; Including Excel, Word, and Power-Point</div></li><li><div>
Filing/Organizational Skills</div></li><li><div>
Self-Motivated, Self-Directed, Self-Starter</div></li><li><div>
Ability to Multi-Task</div></li><li><div>
Ability to read prints and drawings</div></li><li><div>
Ability to reach out to and communicate with refrigeration vendors to assist with refrigeration projects and repairs</div></li><li><div>
Willingness to take job related classes and continue refrigeration/HVAC training as necessary</div></li></ul><div>
Helpful Experience:</div><ul><li>
Experience working on industrial ammonia/refrigeration systems</li><li>
Experience with troubleshooting low/high voltage systems</li></ul><div>
Must be at least 18 years of age or older.</div><div></div><div><br>
