The primary location for this position is North Baltimore, Ohio (Meat Processing Production Facility). This position will require some travel, approximately 25% (one week per month) to the National Beef facilities in Selinsgrove, Pennsylvania and Moultrie, Georgia.</div><br>

Responsibilities:

On-site IT Support Technician responsibilities include but are not limited to:</b></div><div></div><div><br>
Hands‑on on-site IT support role supporting meat processing and food production facilities in a USDA‑regulated environment. Responsible for Windows desktop support, basic Windows Server administration, and on-site network troubleshooting. Ideal for a self‑directed technician with 3&ndash;5 years of experience who thrives in manufacturing environments and can travel approximately 25% to support multiple plant locations.</div><div></div><div><b><br>
Key Responsibilities</b></div><ul><li>
Desktop &amp; End‑User Support<ul><li>
Serve as the first point of contact for on-site IT support issues</li><li>
Support Windows desktop and laptop systems (Windows 10/11)</li><li>
Troubleshoot hardware, operating system, and application issues</li><li>
Image, deploy, replace, and manage workstation life-cycle</li><li>
Support printers, scanners, and other plant‑floor peripherals</li><li>
Assist users with Microsoft 365 applications (Outlook, Teams, One-Drive)</li></ul></li><li>
Server &amp; Systems Support<ul><li>
Provide basic to intermediate support for Windows Server environments</li><li>
Assist with Active Directory</li><li>
Escalate issues to centralized infrastructure or security teams as needed</li><li>
Perform basic maintenance on physical servers and storage systems</li></ul></li><li>
Network &amp; Infrastructure Support<ul><li>
Provide on-site support for network switches, wireless access points, and other network-based equipment.</li><li>
Perform basic network troubleshooting (connectivity, ports, cabling)</li><li>
Assist with network hardware installs, replacements, and documentation</li></ul></li><li>
Operational Responsibilities<ul><li>
Act as the on-site IT liaison for plant leadership and operations teams</li><li>
Travel approximately one week per month to support other manufacturing sites</li><li>
Follow IT security, change management, and operational standards</li><li>
Deliver professional, customer‑focused support</li><li>
Work independently with minimal supervision</li><li>
Participate in after‑hours or on‑call support as required</li></ul></li><li>

Qualifications:

Qualified candidates for the On-site IT Support Technician position should possess the following:</b></div><div></div><div><b><br>
Required Qualifications</b></div><ul><li>
3&ndash;5 years of hands‑on IT support experience</li><li>
Strong Windows desktop support experience</li><li>
Working knowledge of Windows Server and Active Directory</li><li>
Experience supporting Cisco switches and basic network infrastructure</li><li>
Ability to troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues</li><li>
Willingness to travel for up to one week per month</li><li>
Strong communication, documentation, and customer service skills</li><li>
Ability to prioritize and work independently</li></ul><div><b>
Preferred Qualifications</b></div><ul><li>
Experience working in manufacturing or production environments</li><li>
Experience supporting multi‑site manufacturing operations</li><li>
Familiarity with IT ticketing and asset management systems</li><li>
Exposure to industrial or OT‑adjacent environments</li><li>
CompTIA A+, Network+, or similar certifications</li></ul><div><b>
Work Environment</b></div><ul><li>
Manufacturing and plant‑floor setting</li><li>
Physical presence required on-site</li><li>
Regular interaction with production and operations personnel</li><li>
Ability to traverse stairs, short ladders, and work in small tight areas.</li></ul><div>
