<div>Description:

Full-time, fully remote position in the NBS service center, working an 8-hour remote shift, Monday through Friday. Wonderful working environment with opportunity for growth. This position is full time, hourly, and nonexempt.
Duties<ul><li>
Support the service center by providing excellent customer service answering and responding to participant phone calls, voice mails, emails, and chats</li><li>
Maintain a courteous and professional demeanor when communicating with our clients</li><li>
Must meet or exceed required level of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in all measured areas by maintaining a high degree of productivity while adhering to the set work schedule</li><li>
Review and upload reimbursement claims to our processing queues quickly and effectively</li><li>
Adjudicate claims on occasion</li><li>
Complete other projects as assigned by Director or Supervisor</li></ul>
Requirements:

Qualifications<ul><li>
Ability to work in a remote environment</li><li>
Have strong typing and 10-key skills</li><li>
Have excellent customer service skills</li><li>
Strong writing skills with emphasis on proper spelling, grammar, and punctuation required</li><li>
Be highly motivated</li><li>
Have positive attitude</li><li>
Reliable</li><li>
Ability to work quickly, efficiently, and accurately</li><li>
Ability to work well within a team</li><li>
Spanish speaking useful</li></ul>
Education and Experience &ndash; High School diploma or equivalent work experience is required.
Physical Requirements &ndash; This position requires the employee to be seated the majority of the work time.
