 The Business Development Manager is responsible for driving the growth of revenue of NBCC by creating new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and enhancing the center&rsquo;s market position. This role involves developing and executing business development strategies, expanding referral networks, improving patient acquisition, and supporting the overall strategic direction of the center.
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 
 Business Growth &amp; Strategy:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Develop and implement business development strategies aligned with NBCC&rsquo;s vision and objectives.
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities in healthcare services.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare business cases, feasibility studies, and financial models for new services or partnerships.
 </li>
 <li>
 Lead initiatives to expand medical services (e.g., specialty clinics, wellness programs, corporate packages).
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote new services e.g. (Radiotherapy, home care, Day procedure, Nuclear Medicine).
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop a clear roadmap for market penetration and expansion, including setting short-term and long-term objectives.
 </li>
 <li>
 Analyze internal resources and capabilities to ensure alignment with strategic goals.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Market Research
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Conduct ongoing analysis of the healthcare landscape to identify new opportunities for growth.
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor competitor activities and market trends to maintain a competitive advantage.
 </li>
 <li>
 Gather data and insights on patient demographics, community health needs, and referral patterns.
 </li>
 <li>
 Evaluate potential new markets for service expansion and facility development.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Partnerships &amp; Networking
 
 
 
 <ul>

 Build and maintain strong relationships with referring physicians, hospitals, corporate clients, NGO and insurance providers.
 </li>
 <li>
 Identify and negotiate strategic partners, joint ventures, or collaborations with healthcare providers and community organizations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop outreach programs targeting corporations, schools, and community groups to promote health services.
 </li>
 <li>
 Negotiate and develop strategic agreements and contracts to drive patient referrals and collaborative ventures.
 </li>
 <li>
 Represent the medical center at industry events, professional associations, and networking functions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Act as the primary liaison between the medical center and external partners to ensure smooth collaboration.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Sales Management
 
 
 
 <ul>

 Lead the development of effective sales strategies and promotional campaigns for new services.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to potential partners and client groups.
 </li>
 <li>
 Organize and host events like health seminars and open houses to promote the medical center's services.

 Client Relationship Management

 Cultivate and strengthen relationships with existing partners to ensure continued loyalty and business.
 </li>
 <li>
 Serve as a dedicated account manager, addressing client inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.
 </li>
 <li>
 Regularly communicate with partners to provide updates, gather feedback, and identify new opportunities for collaboration.
 </li>
 <li>
 Track and report on client satisfaction and retention rates to senior management.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Financial Acumen

 Develop and manage the business development budget, ensuring all initiatives are cost-effective.
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct financial feasibility studies for new business ventures and service lines.
 </li>
 <li>
 Forecast revenue and track profitability of business development projects.
 </li>

 Provide detailed financial reports and analysis to support strategic decision-making.

 Reporting

 Prepare and present regular reports for the COO on the progress of all business development activities.
 </li>
 <li>
 Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as patient acquisition rates, referral volumes, and partnership ROI.
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide detailed analysis of sales data and market trends to inform future strategies.
 </li>
 <li>
 Document all client and partner interactions in a CRM system for accurate record-keeping.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Team Collaboration
 
 
 
 <ul>

 Work closely with the medical team to understand clinical capabilities and service offerings.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate with the administrative and operational teams to ensure seamless implementation of new programs.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with the marketing department to create a cohesive brand message and promotional materials.
 </li>
 <li>
 Act as a bridge between external partners and internal departments to ensure alignment and efficiency.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Qualifications
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in business administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field. MBA is preferable.
 </li>
 <li>
 Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role, preferably within the healthcare or medical industry.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
 </li>
