<ul><li>Define and implement a compelling brand strategy that differentiates National in the B2B space</li>
<li>Socialize and gain approval and engagement of the strategy with the Executive Committee</li>
<li>Ensure brand consistency across all customer touchpoints and marketing initiatives</li>
<li>Align marketing efforts with business objectives, revenue goals, and customer needs</li>

<ul><li>Equip sales teams with the right content, tools, training, and insights to accelerate deal cycles and improve win rates</li>

<li>Implement sales engagement strategies that improve outreach, customer conversations, and pipeline velocity</li>

<li>Experience in leading an integrated marketing function</li>
<li>BS/BA degree in business, marketing, or related field</li>
<li>Strategic Thinking &ndash; Ability to align marketing and sales initiatives with business goals and long-term brand vision</li>
<li>Leadership &amp; Team Development &ndash; Skilled in leading and mentoring teams, fostering collaboration and innovation</li>
<li>Marketing Strategy &amp; Execution &ndash; Experience leading a B2B strategic marketing function and executing efficiently</li>
<li>Sales Enablement &amp; Engagement &ndash; Expertise in equipping sales teams with content, training, and strategies</li>
<li>Supportive-Service &amp; Digital Optimization &ndash; Ability to enhance customer autonomy through digitally enabled solutions</li>
<li>Data-Driven Decision Making &ndash; Strong analytical mindset with expertise in performance measurement, A/B testing, and marketing automation</li>
<li>Brand &amp; Storytelling Expertise &ndash; Ability to craft compelling narratives that elevate brand positioning</li>
<li>Technology &amp; Automation &ndash; Proficiency in marketing automation, Salesforce CRM and marketing systems, and sales enablement tools</li>
<li>Project Management &ndash; Strong organizational skills to oversee multiple initiatives across teams</li>
<li>Fiscal Acumen &ndash; Ability to create and manage budgets and ensure maximum ROI on marketing spend</li>
